Water pressure for the toilets is very low. Some of the furniture is stained with water marks. Other than that i found the place very good.

The good and the bad
The good - Dorado Beach area is beautiful! The property is safe, secure and clean. There are restaurants nearby and supermarket. There’s a small pool near the unit, and the beach is a quick drive away, it’s safe because it’s in a cove.
The Bad - AC unit downstairs is loud. Hot water is unpredictable. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty.
Club Membership- Get the membership! They make it seem like it’s an option and that you can use the amenities without it; You sort of can, but not really. To get into the pool by the beach you need a member number. To order a drink, you need a member number. To order food, you need a member number. They have to let you in because it’s a “public beach” but you feel like a squatter. Get the membership! Some properties come with it. Some just ask for the weekly fee, others ask for a deposit which varies by property owner.
I would increase the nightly rate and include it in the price, otherwise you’re better off staying somewhere else.
Clean house and safe neighborhood, VERY responsive and helpful property manager, great location for the beach, a car is essential to get around the area but golf cart is perfect to move through the community
Great location. Very comfortable with easy access to everything by golf cart (which is included). Older home, but recently renovated and updated/modern decor. Very comfortable and nice hangout space for our 2 families. Parents each had a room, kids shared a room. Loved our stay. Property manager was very responsive at all hours to address any of our questions. Would def recommend and stay here again. Great end unit. Feels very private.
Fantastic villa inside Dorado Beach/Ritz Carlton complex
This recently renovated light-filled villa has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation at Dorado Beach. The kitchen is spectacular and the living areas are well spread out and airy. A lot of thought has gone into this property’s amenities to make sure everyone has what they need. Fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, BBQ, etc. The golf cart was essential. We used it daily.
I strongly recommend visitors buy the membership access to Encanto and other areas to fully enjoy what the area has to offer.
West Indies customer service was just a text away. Super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Monique was very attentive.
Must try Melao and Positivo’s restaurants. Go for a stroll on the Rockefeller Trail, have drinks at Positivo and lemon pancakes at Panela.
Not one negative to report! Book and enjoy!
The villa was beautifully renovated and all that was advertized. I would rent there again given the space, modern updates and layout. It was perfect for our party to relax for a week. The resort is fabulous, with or without the membership and Puerto Rico was very Covid focus, which made us extremely comfortable.
There are a few recommendations for the property to enhance the stay. Directions for turning on and off the water heater would be beneficial. There was a cracked coffee mug and wine glass that should have been thrown out prior to our arrival. The golf cart seems to need maintenance, the garage lock was not working. The kitchen was missing a few essentials, like a can opener, a large roasting pan/cookie sheet and a small sauce pot to round out cooking supplies. The laundry room and the closet in the downstairs bath should be tidied up in order to fully complement the rest of the property. Small changes that would make this 5 star residence, a 5 star experience.
