The owner was a very clear and communicative host. Directions were specific and spot-on. One best experiences we’ve had thus far renting vacation homes! I have to say, the king-sized bed was absolutely top-knotch! Location was great, easily walkable to the beach, boardwalk, and many restaurants. Wifi and AC worked great, having bedrooms on separate floors was great for our night-owl teenagers, and not having to bring linens topped off a great week! If you’re looking for a place in Seaside, I highly recommend this property!

Overall great experience - Dirk was very responsiveness and answered all questions quickly. Check in was seamless and everything was as stated in the listing. The house was clean and had all the essentials. Great location, only a couple blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We had a great stay, thanks Dirk!

I just wanted to say we were very happy with the rental. The owner was extremely attentive in answering our questions during our stay with fast responses and accommodating requests. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location and had a lot of space. Would recommend if staying in Seaside.
