Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect! Clean, so close to the ocean, big kitchen and bedroos, plenty of stuff to watch on the smartTV w/o having to log into all my stuff. Totally walkable to Murphy's, Snooky's and the grocery store. I always bring my own knives and whatnot b/c we cook a lot and most places don't have good kitchen stuff, this place was pretty good to cook in, I did have to buy a cutting board as there wasn't one, but that's ok. (I forgot to pack mine)Other than that, it was great. My husband and dog had a great time! We'll definitely be back!

This property was great. Great location. Short walk to beach. My only complaint would have to be the floors. The floors left black on your feet.

Perfect location for a small group

The location is just down the street from public beach access, and less than half a mile from the restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a cool pier about a quarter mile away. The rental is very clean and equipped with almost everything you need. Access to the community pool and grills was very useful. I plan on staying here again.

It's quiet and all of the neighbors renting coming in the other units have been exceptionally nice & respectful. The pool is ALWAYS clean! Family vacation

Our stay was great! Great location, enough space and quick access to the beach and a pool. My only complaint was the upstairs floor/bottom floor ceiling. I don’t know if the people above us were heavy footed or just loud but it was very apparent when someone was walking across the room upstairs. So much so that my young child asked why the ceiling fan was shaking.

Robinson cottage Good location nice pool The front and back balconies we’re awesome Air conditioning was great —had trouble several times with the cable television but service team was very responsive and it took a few days to resolve most of the problems — the kitchen cabinets could use some work the floor was very dirty you couldn’t even walk on it without shoes you’re socks you get black in the matter of minutes — The kitchen could use some more utensils and basic necessities for cooking but overall we had a great experience
