Bayside Beach House with Views of Magnolia Tree and Beyond

Stunning coastal home in Delaware’s premier beach resort community, Bayside, overlooking the Magnolia tree with open views to the golf course and a peek of the bay and even Ocean City. Just steps away from the fishing pond and the shuttle bus pickup, and only minutes to beaches, shopping and everything the area has to offer. Beautifully decorated and attention to detail is noticeable throughout.

The upper level great room has a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows, an open kitchen and screened-in porch which gives plenty of space to relax. The dining room, butler’s pantry with beverage fridge, laundry room, half-bath, and the master suite complete the upper level. On the lower level, the over-sized game room is furnished with a 75" TV and 8' pool table and walks out to another porch and the open backyard. Two bedrooms and a full bath complete the lower level.

Sleeps 10, and perfectly configured for two families with kids. The master bedroom (king bed) and the "guest bedroom" (queen bed) for the adults. A kids bedroom (two twin-over-full bunk beds) and a fold-out, queen sofa bed in the game room for younger ones.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and a Weber gas grill is provided on the lower porch.

High-speed wireless internet is included. House is equipped with a 10-speaker multi-zone audio system which allows music to be enjoyed throughout the great room/kitchen and both the upper and lower porches. The 4 flat screen smart TV’s (75”, 50”, and two 65”) are configured with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube Premium, and 85+ channels of live-TV (i.e. ABC, Fox, NBC, CNN, ESPN, etc.) with DVR via YouTube TV.

Master Bedroom Suite (Second Floor): King Bed, 65” TV, Large Dresser, 2 Nightstands, Desk, Walk-in Closet, Bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.
Guest Bedroom (First Floor): Queen Bed, 50” TV, 2 Nightstands, 2 closets.
Kids Bedroom (First Floor): 2 Twin-Over-Full bunk beds with storage, 2 closets.
Game Room (First Floor): Six seat sectional with fold-out, queen sofa bed.

Bayside Resort Pass:
Bayside Resort Passes are required for use of the Bayside resort amenities (i.e. pools, gym, tennis/pickleball courts, etc.) and are not included in the rental fee. For more information please visit the Bayside website (livebayside.com).* The Cove and 38 Degrees restaurants and the golf course can be booked separately and do not require a Bayside Resort Pass. Children under the age of 5 don't require a pass but must be supervised by an adult who has a pass. Passes must be booked through the property owner and should be purchased at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Passes are non-refundable. Passes can be picked up at the Bayside Welcome Center upon arrival. Passes are available for 3 or 7 consecutive days.

The house is supplied with mattress pads, pillows, and comforters. For your convenience and comfort, a service will be used for all sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
