Ocean Lakes Cozy and Updated Beach Cottage

Located in Ocean lakes campground. At 1355 Dolphin Drive. This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths

Bedroom 1 has queen size bed with tv
Bedroom 2 has 1 full size bed
Bedroom 3 has bunk bed with 2 full beds

kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and crockpot, coffee makers (regular and Keurig) , pots and pans, utensils, and dishes.

Living room has large smart tv, spectrum cable, with two couches with ottoman for your comfort.

Bathroom 1 consists of tub, shower, and washer and dryer.
Bathroom 2 has tub/shower and newly renovated.

"A $500 security deposit is required but will not be charged provided house is found damage free.

Parking space for 2 cars only - Ocean lakes does charge $12 a day per CAR for guests upon entrance. at check-in. *$10 a day for Express check-in is available and recommended.

NOT INCLUDED: We do not provide bed linens, towels, wash cloths, hand towels and paper products, soaps, washing detergents, and coat hangers.

NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOUSE of any kind. - doing so will automatically forfeit your refund.

Amenities consist of water park, indoor and outdoor pools, putt \-putt golf, bike riding, playground for kids, game room, Sandy’s restaurant, and arcade.

Clean rooms, host was working a few doors down and was extremely friendly. He even offered extra beach and fishing supplies. Would definitely return and stay again. Getting a golf cart rental made the stay for the campground and amenities much more enjoyable. March stay was a bit cold in the pools, but the indoor pool was warm and the ocean was bearable

Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for almost a week and really enjoyed it! The house was clean and as described. I spoke to the owner and she is very nice and happy to help with anything! I would stay here again!

We had a terrific stay! The home was clean upon arrival. We had 4 adults and 2 children (3 and 6). It was a very comfortable space for all of us without being overcrowded. Full size bathrooms was a plus also. We will stay again!

My family of 5 adults and 1 toddler did not sleep or function comfortably in this house. It is much smaller than it appears on the listing and the rooms are not nearly as nice and decorated as they are in the listing. There are clearly some renovations that have occurred in the bedrooms with the single full bed and queen bed, but the listing did not reflect that. There isn’t much room to walk on either side of the queen bed to get in it. In one of the bathrooms, the toilet, sink, and shower are so close together that it is difficult to get out of the shower without rubbing against the outer side of the toilet bowl or your towel touching it. Which is gross. The bathrooms and rooms were clean upon arrival but the floors didn’t feel very clean upon arrival. The parking spots are very tight for a truck or suv, especially if you need to two park golf carts.one golf cart would park fine but one of the suvs would still be tight. They did provide plenty of cookware, plates and silverware. There is also a nice fan which is needed in the front bedroom as it gets very warm in there by evening time. .

The home was great for our family vacation, plenty of space for everyone. The house was a short walk to the beach and amenities center. My kids also enjoyed the small lake at the end of the road where the feed the turtles. The host was very nice and made everything as easy as possible for us. We would definitely stay here for another visit

Absolutely perfect

This was our first time at ocean lakes (my husband and his family have stayed at pirate land for 30 years) this place was just perfect for 5 people, plenty of room, great location, everyone we met was so nice and friendly and the host was very helpful and quick with any questions we had. We will definitely rent this place again
