Condo on Oak Creek Golf Course

This condo has a good view of Castle Rock. It is comfortably furnished. Two weeks into our stay, tiny ants appeared in the kitchen. We told the property manager. Before pest control could come out, we bought ant traps. That mostly solved the problem. Also, an outdoor light by the front door would be helpful.

There is an outdoor light that turns on when movement is detected. We will send someone over there and take a look at it. Maybe it needs to be serviced or replaced. There was a minor ant problem in the kitchen.

There was a minor ant problem in the kitchen. The pest control company called by Foothills Property Mgmt couldn’t come out for 4 days. The ant traps we bought somewhat took care of the problem. I was surprised there wasn’t recycling available to WT. A porch light by the front door would have been appreciated. The employees I dealt with were polite and efficient.
