The house was clean. The pool area was full of weeds/grass. The patio furniture was not like what was presented in the ad. We ended up fixing the dryer and toilet. There were sinks not working. There was a lot not up to par as expected with the price point.

Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and well equipped. Communication was a breeze. The only downside was that the temperature in the house stayed over 80 degrees and washcloths were not provided.

A well looked after house

The house was as advertised , clean and enjoyable. We had some initial issues at the community entrance with the additional people that were with us getting in but the local property manager Angela was fantastic and resolved the issue for us. Over all I would recommend this property to others.

Great Vacation

This was a great place. The decorating is superb. Very modern, exceeded my expectations. The place was pretty clean. My only gripe was we couldn’t get a heated pool due to it being the summer months, so the jacuzzi wasn’t warm and limited us to day time use only. Overall, it’s a great place. I would definitely come back and use this company again. Thanks again

Overall the villa was satisfactory albeit a little tired with furniture chipped and damaged, the main lounge sofa needing a good clean, the pool area full of weeds and the sun beds broken. The villa was not as described in the pictures

Highly recommend

Angel Host and Tropical Villas property managers were amazing. They answered any questions we had promptly and efficiently. The house was exactly as described and clean. We would reconsider staying in Champions Gate during Christmas. It was very difficult to get through the gate. Waited in line up to 30 minutes each time we came home.

Champions gate stay

The house was great as advertised. Pool heat and Bbq were great. Some of the outdoor furniture was different from the photos. There were no pool noodles or any toys. Fine for us but maybe an issue for small kids. Missing a broom was the only thing as we were unable to sweep the floor

Beautiful home

Communications from the Property Manager were consistent and professional before arrival. The pictures online do the property no justice, the home was truly beautiful in person. Don’t be alarmed by the presence of water bugs, that’s a Florida thing and has nothing to do with the property. The home was very spacious and clean, with plenty of bathrooms. Minor inconveniences such as the closeness of the neighbors on the left existed, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent ALL around.

This home showed better in person than in the photos, truly pleased on every level. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. I would rent again here without reservation. Loved that the pool did not have a home directly behind as many in this community do. The only downfall I can point out is that all of the furniture is glass, so not very kid friendly. We have two kids, 2 and 6....so we had to wrap pool noodles around a few pieces for safety. The beds were comfy, A/C worked well, pool was heated (Paid extra)....GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.

Our stay was enjoyable in a spacious property with mainly good facilities. Internally the property was mostly very clean although there was broken glass by the pool area and the stair rails were dirty. The kitchen equipment provided was adequate but no more and the can opener did not function at all, which was a nuisance having bought some canned food. There was no cold water supply to the kitchen sink, which again was a nuisance when boiling a kettle or cooking as water needed to be obtained from a downstairs bathroom. There was also no cold water to one of the twin washbasins in the master suite. The outside space around the pool was neglected with weeds growing widely through the tiles and one of the sun beds broken. A number of minor issues let the property down but we still enjoyed our stay

Awesome House Within great Community

The house was more beautiful than even the pictures. Each Room Was beautifully decorated. The towels were each one sealed In a sealed plastic wrap. The House had all the best accommodations possible . More tvs than even the 6 bedrooms a play Room, playstation ,card table, poker chips. Unload the words misunderstanding at the beginning but the management was wonderful and communicating until late hours of the night. When joyed celebrating for 2 of our daughters their birthdays in this house. High Likely road we are gonna stay in this house again.

Last minute booking, great location, great for families

Our original rental fell through last minute, and we booked this house literally the day we left for vacation. I had to send lots of messages to acquire about early checkin and pool heating and was a little confused about whether I was talking to an actual person or getting automated responses. However, eventually all requests were met even though we booked last minute, which I was very appreciative of. We had 12 people staying together and this house was perfect with the variety of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our kids spent so much time in the pool. While there are kitchen utensils and basic cookware, you will need to purchase lots of necessities like garbage bags, toilet paper, dish towels, washcloths, hand soap, dishwasher soap, and dish detergent. Furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The house has general wear and tear but was very clean. Great location close to everything.

Vacation 2023

The property was just as the pictures displayed. It was clean spacious and comfortable my only one issue during this stay was when we first arrived we noticed that the air conditioning upstairs wasn’t working and the the thermostat was reading 89 degrees and trust me it felt every bit of it. I immediately contacted the host who responded back ASAP and she troubleshot through resetting the unit. But that didn’t work so she informed me that she put in a work order and that it could take anywhere from a few minutes to 24hrs. Next morning my husband and I contacted the 1800 number. Someone came In fixed the unit and the next two weeks were amazing. I definitely would recommend.
