It was everything it says and more. The gated community amenities is a plus! Tiki bar is a nice little extra. The house had everything we needed and more! Jason responded quickly with whatever our need was!

Everything is in the area. Horseback riding, zip lining, restaurants, flea markets, and tons of pools in the complex. Everything was within 8-40 minutes away. Host answered all of our questions we had and was super nice. House was huge with not too many stairs. Fire pit in the back was relaxing and deers were everywhere. Price for the place was amazing considering the amenities that were apart of the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway! I felt really safe in the locked community. It was beautiful, quiet, and exactly what me and my daughter needed! I won't bother booking with anyone else. Jason was very accommodating with some information last minute plans. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for a late summer family vacation. The home was lovely, very clean, and perfect for the four of us. We got a lot of use of the sun room and the game room in the basement. The pool table and darts board are well loved (a.k.a. could let my kids try them without worrying about ruining them). There are plenty of linens and pillows, and kitchen appliances, but not too many disposables/consumables on hand if you forget to pack something. Communication with host was excellent and fast. I had a minor question and got an answer almost immediately through the app.The gated community is nice and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, though didn't get to use it as much as I wanted. The downside is that coming and going is slightly inconvenient. We didn't make enough use of the community facilities to make up for the hassle, though others probably would. Its close to gas, restaurants, and grocery shopping while still giving a semi-secluded experience.Definitely enjoyed our first trip to the Poconos!

Our host, Jason, was responsive and provided all of the information we needed prior to arrival. The home was exactly as described and pictured, and was a perfect weekend getaway for our group.We were not skiing, but it would be an ideal rental for a family hitting the slopes at Shawnee.Definitely recommend.
