Mountain Paradise with 180° Views. This craftsman built complex boasts 3 private two-bedroom units, perfect for groups wanting their own space for a vacation, or to rent a unit individually. Picture yourself immersed in chic European styling with panoramic views of the rugged Canadian Rocky Mountains. Walk to restaurants, bars and shops downtown, or hop in the car for an easy 15-minute drive to Banff.
The space
If quality and style are important to you, this is the perfect space for your Rocky mountain adventure. Pictures do not do justice to the superb craftsmanship and the stunning. views from every window. With only 3 apartments in the building, all located on one floor, it is very private. Please note; there is a restaurant downstairs so there is the potential for some noise on occasion.
We are perfectly located within walking distance to downtown, great restaurants & bars, coffee shops & supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, and the stunning bathroom is stocked with Rocky Mountain Soap Co body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Luxury hotel linens and brand new high-end mattresses complement the chic bedrooms, and ensure a great night's sleep. This apartment is perfectly suited to families or groups of friends. If you are a group needing more than one unit, talk to us about a group booking for all three.

There are stairs in this complex, from the ground floor to the first floor where the units are. It is therefore, not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone who has difficulty climbing one flight of stairs.
The neighborhood
2nd Ave lies just off the main access road in and out of Canmore. The condo is perfectly placed for quick access by road to hiking and skiing in Banff National Park. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy the amazing French pastries at Le Fournil, an incredible meal at Ankor (downstairs) or Crazyweed Kitchen, or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home from Eclipse Roastery. Supermarkets are a 5 minute walk, and downtown Canmore with its shopping and restaurant scene is a 10 minute walk from the condo.
Getting around
Local Roam transit is free, check the timetables in the condo. There are connections to Banff and Lake Louise via Roam if you don't fancy driving. We recommend taking public transit to and from Banff if you are only planning on a trip to the town itself. Otherwise a car is useful, or hook up with one of the many tour companies offering to take you to the sights in the park itself.
Other things to note
There is a restaurant downstairs so you may hear occasional noise from guests entering or leaving the premises at night.
