Located in the Marsac Mill Manor building, Resort Plaza 5002/03 places you right in the heart of the action. You're situated within walking distance to a ski shop and steps from The Corner Store, a beloved local spot for breakfast, lunch, and lively après-ski gatherings with live music. Historic Main Street and the Town Lift are just a short walk away, and Park City's free year-round bus stops just steps from the building, connecting guests to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and beyond.
Inside, this single-level condo radiates warm mountain character with custom alder cabinetry, granite countertops, and newer appliances throughout the full kitchen. The open-concept layout includes a dining table for four and a kitchen island that seats three — a natural gathering spot for the group. The spacious living area features a cozy gas fireplace and a brand-new sectional sofa that doubles as a sleeper, creating a comfortable, flexible space for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Central air conditioning keeps the condo cool and comfortable during warmer months.
Sleeping accommodations comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across two master-style bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed, and the second offers a queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed — a layout well suited for families and groups of all sizes. A new in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi round out the in-home conveniences, and elevator access makes arrival and departure effortless.
Resort Plaza 5002/03 guests enjoy access to the year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness center, all located off-site at The Lodge at Mountain Village, located within walking distance of the property. Heated underground parking is included in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches — please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. Your parking pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival. A complimentary luggage storage room is also available nearby.
Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.
A note on the unit: the doors are labeled both 5002 and 5003, but they are part of the same unit — Resort Plaza 5002/03.
Resort Plaza 5002/03 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personalized door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.

The location was perfect. The unit was a 2 minute walk to the Payday Lift. The place was very nicely laid out and wasn't cramped for my group of 3. The unit was stocked with everything you'd expect at a VRBO. There was enough laundry pods and dishwasher pods for a couple loads each. Parking under the Lowell condos accommodated my full size pickup truck. Would stay again.

Nice place, conveniently located. Good set up for two couples (separate rooms / bathrooms). No air conditioning so it was pretty hot at times (we were there in the middle of the summer), although cool at night. Property manager was very responsive during the week, but unavailable on weekends.

Location to slopes and ability to walk out a short distance and hit the slopes was awesome.
Restaurant right below unit started up loading and moving furniture at 4 am so we were woken early by a lot of noise from adjacent spaces.
Nice accomodations for skiers.

Large two bedroom with plenty of space for 6. Kids slept on fold out sofa. Location was perfect. The on call maintenance assisted us with our only issue and resolved concern after about 15 minutes. We will rebook the location.
