Excellent location on the beach! Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The place was very clean and perfect size for our family of 4. Check-in and departure were very easy. It was nice to have beach towels and toys provided. Huge plus for us is that the washer and dryer worked well.

We've stayed at South Beach before although it was a different unit. It's in a great location and access to the beach is a short walk. Communication with Charles, Liz and I-Trip are fantastic. They responded to every question I had within minutes. The property itself could use a little refresh (but I believe that falls on the owner, not the mgmt company).

Great location

Overall we had a great time at this condo. Extremely clean and the views are incredible for sunset. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and it is a short drive to Johns Pass. Would stay here again!
