The property sits directly on Douglas Lake, and the backyard has a gentle slope leading right down to the water. There’s also a private dock available for tying up a boat or simply enjoying the lake. Guests can walk straight into the water from the shoreline or get in by stepping or jumping from the dock — whichever they prefer.
