The space was very adequate for our large group. The location is very convenient to downtown Bigfork. Our suggestion would be to upgrade the beds and pillows. It would add to the comfort of your guests stay.

We're glad the space worked well for your large group and that the location near downtown Bigfork was so convenient. As for the beds and pillows, this is the first feedback we've heard along these lines - we replace the pillows every year and try to offer a variety of types for different preferences, and we have a range of beds throughout the property, so we'd welcome more specific details to help us look into it further.
We had a lovely stay in this house. It was spacious and clean. We were able to comfortably gather with our group for dinner. The large windows looking out to the woods was so peaceful.

Had a relaxing stay!
Everything was in order and property conveniently located close to everything! We were staying on business and were extremely comfortable. Thank you for a great property.
Home was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Lots of space, clean and comfortable. Close enough to everything we had wanted to do while in the area.

Comfortable and Convenient
My son and family have stayed there several times. The house is always clean, well equipped, safe and convenient to Big Fork. Many memories have been made in the family room The large TV, comfortable couches and dining facilities are a wonderful place to begin and end busy vacation days.
A few of my old friends met up at this property in Bigfork, MT and had the best time reconnecting with one another as well as enjoying the beauty of Flathead Lake!
This house served us well in every way except the TV. There was no working TV service. We were unable to contact management via email.

Roomy House
The property was nice, located in a housing division with a mountain side backyard view. The house was not very clean, could use better housekeeping. We were unable to find extra towels until they were located still in the dryer. The neighbors to the left dogs barked constantly and another neighbors dogs from up the street made themselves at home in the yard while we were at the house. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us however and in general the home is nice.

Hi Melissa, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: Since you arrived for an early check-in, the cleaners were still there and when they let you in due to the heat outside, there were a few small things not done (like dusting and window sills), however, all the other bed and baths were completed. We apologize that sometimes dead bugs are out by the patio door and didn't get swept up. Our cleaner informed you that the last load of towels was in the dryer. We'll follow up with our cleaning crew to make sure this kind of situation doesn't recur for future guests. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!
Rented this house to accommodate my family for my son's wedding in Kalispell. I needed beds and showers and based on the photos I understood that this wasn't a 5 star property... but It fit the bill for ample bedrooms and adequate bathrooms for 7 of us to get ready. I've graded our stay "ok", because the following things were really sub par: first, communication with property manager was slow/ non existent. I had requested additional days be added to my stay but it took days to get a response back, then when I requested a later checkout than 10am. I received no response at all. The neighborhood was nice and very close to the historic town of Bigfork, but the neighbor next door's place was undergoing reconstruction and it looked bad and we heard hammering etc. Luckily, we were gone from the house most of the time, so it didn't impact us terribly. All the sink drains in the house were clogged and didn't drain properly. There was even a post it note warning us not to shave in the sinks...which we didn't- but it was rather disgusting when you couldn't wash your face or brush your teeth because the sinks were so slow to drain. Obviously, they knew it was an issue before our stay and it's something that needs to be addressed before people stay there again. We emptied the trash, stripped the beds, started the dishwasher, but we were only able to start the towels in the laundry and not dry them per the instructions...which, frankly, is a ridiculous request when you have a 10 am check out AND you've paid a cleaning fee. I assume others haven't dried the towels before they left, because many of the towels had that rank smell of towels that sat way too long before being dried. So, like a motel 6- it was ok.

Hi Cindy, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We were surprised to hear your feedback and would like to clarify we were unaware that you had inquired about extending your stay. To extend a stay, this would have to go through the platform on which you booked your reservation not to me directly. We did not receive a call or text regarding an early check-in or late check-out. The house manager and my phone number are posted on the fridge and in the journal on the table both welcoming guests and asking them to enjoy their stay, we provide both numbers so that guests can easily feel free to reach out to us at any time with any concerns and we will gladly help and respond promptly.
- The first of your stay, the first guest to arrive did not have the code with them and with my RING camera I happened to notice they were standing waiting, I was able to immediately use the speaker to give them the code so they could enter rather than have to wait.
- The house manager takes great pride in her cleaning abilities, and does everything to ensure the towels and sheets have a fresh airy smell and we have not had any complaints in the past. The previous guest had shaved even though it is noted not to in the sink as they will clog, she used draino to clear the drain and it seemed to have resolved the issue. The master sink has a screen rather than a stopper to catch anything from going down and clogging it which is cleaned in between each guest's stay.
- We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighbor’s "reconstructing" their home is simply out of our control.
- We do appreciate the feedback and do everything we can to turn a negative into a positive The Serenity house continues to be a very popular comfortable home away from home for family and friends to gather and strive to please.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
We had three different parts of our extended family visiting. The place handled our stay in Big Fork well. Lots of room, big main kitchen. We even had a limited kitchen downstairs with a fridge. Deck overlooks wooded area. Host is very responsive and the place was cleaned well. The AC did a good job during some days that were over 90.
Very nice house, quiet neighborhood. Beware of potholes and deer! Very clean, large bedrooms. Great hosting kitchen. Needs the yard mowed and the deck redone as it’s old and has a hole. But not a dealbreaker and shouldn’t stop anyone from staying here. Very convenient to Bigfork. 10/10 recommend, would stay here again.
The property was perfect for our family gathering and prepping for a destination wedding. The owner was accommodating with a special request, which was much appreciated and responsive to questions. The house is on a quiet street and the star gazing from the back deck was amazing! Great location for a multi family get together.

Perfect for our family
Our son, Sean Landis, and three of his adult children and spouses stayed at the home for a bit of over a week. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. our host, Leslie, Was always available by phone to clear up any questions or clarify any procedures. She was delightful.
The home is a healthy walk for a person to get to downtown Bigfork. For me it was a 15 minute drive to my accommodations in downtown Bigfork.
We are hoping to return to the same house next year, about the same time.
We rented this home for a funeral and needed a place to fit the whole family and grandchildren. It was spacious with plenty of rooms and wonderful atmosphere. It had all the pans and griddles we needed. We brought our own towels, since I'd heard there weren't that many. The beds were comfortable, except for one queen in the basement that my son said was hard. It was close to all the stores in town and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Perfect house for our group of 7. Plenty of room, very clean! Nice location, walkable to downtown Bigfork for food and shopping. Close to Flathead Lake and water activities. Would highly recommend!
The property was perfect for our stay. The location was great and the house had everything we needed to prepare meals and have a wonderful stay. The AC was very much appreciated!
