MYSA is a beautiful seaside cottage. Well appointed and comfortable. A lovely secure garden, great for the dog. Location was perfect for access to shops and cafes.

Lovely Anglesea

Everything was perfect for a stay by the beach. The hosts were great with communication, house really clean and well appointed. Great location.

Great location in prime position to easily access beach, shops, cafes etc. Cosy home with everything a family needs to escape

The host George communicated well with us. There was everything we needed in the house. It was in a great location close to the shops and cafes and only at short drive to the beach. The yard was secure which was great for our French bulldog.

The property was perfect for our purposes of a short break with our dog. The house was in an ideal location so we could park the car & not use it as we were so close to shops & cafes. Such a cosy & warm house - best location for sitting in the sun & reading on a cold day!

Great, pet friendly accommodation close to shops.

Mysa is a great unit, directly behind the main shops in Anglesea. You could walk to the beach, but we preferred the short drive with all our gear. Mysa was clean and well equipped with everything you need, a real home away from home. Great toys and DVDs for kids, netflix and a secure yard for your pooch. George and Toula were fabulous to deal with. We will be back.

The property was fine but fridge was grimy and the cupboards were grimy and drawers had crumbs in them Some of the cups were dirty tooThere was hair on one of the pillowsSo had to do a bit of a clean when we first arrived

Thank you for your feedback. For future guests, we’d like to clarify that any concerns raised prior to arrival were addressed promptly and professionally. When advised of two missing towels and a minor fridge issue, we apologised and delivered extra towels to ensure guest comfort. We always welcome photos so our cleaners can rectify any issues straight away, however none were provided on this occasion. Following checkout, our cleaner reported that furniture had been moved, dishes were left in the dishwasher, and holes were found in the garden, despite pets not being approved. Even so, the bond was released in full as the property was left in overall reasonable condition. We take all feedback seriously and continually work with our cleaning team to maintain high standards for our guests. Kind regards, George

Question pet friendly status

The property was nicely presented however the seating /couch arrangement didn’t allow for comfortable tv viewing as couch is facing 90degrees away from tv. The booking site was ambiguous as to pet friendly accommodation, no where at booking site did it say pets not allowed inside , yet a $200 fee applied for pet mess inside house. Query why to use laundry facilities there is a charge for using washing machine and dryer, surely this should be included in property rental.
