Foi bom mas, pode e deve melhorar as condições da habitação.

O Imóvel é bom mas, a manutenção deixa a desejar. Poucos ajustes fariam muita diferença. Dedetização é urgente. Muitas baratinhas aquelas de cozinha, espalhadas por todo o imóvel. Lixeiras muito velhas, devem ser substituídas. Não tem cafeteira elétrica e torradeira, são recursos baratos que fazem muita falta para quem se hospeda. Poderia se pensar em um filtro de água também. A apartamento é arejado, bem localizado e a hospitalidade da equipe é muito boa. Me hospedaria novamente se as sugestões de melhoria fossem acatadas.
