At the Bay gives you such a spectacular panoramic view of the bay and the mountains that you would be forgiven for thinking you had borrowed the set of a Bond film to stay in. This is serious luxury here.
Both bedrooms have a king-size bed, one of which can be configured to two singles if you prefer. Every room has its own controllable air conditioning, and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are in fact two bathrooms, with rainhead showers, heated towel rails and, in cooler months, underfloor heating as well. As well as a laundry there is a fully equipped kitchen and, with the aid of a ramp from the car park to the back door, the whole property is wheelchair accessible.
This property is an adults only retreat and not suitable for infants or young children, however people over the age of 12 are very welcome.
There is a television in every room (there’s a gigantic sixty-five-inch set in the living room), wireless internet throughout and is only a couple of hundred metres from the shops and a good café. If you are doing your own cooking, you’ll appreciate the modern kitchen with its oven and hobs, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of work space. The dining and lounge area has a 180-degree view of the bay and the mountains through floor-to-almost-ceiling windows.
If you can tear yourself away from the comforts of At the Bay, there is kayak hire locally and the chance to go surfing, plus catamaran cruises of Wineglass Bay. The petrol-heads among you will enjoy the organised 4WD tours, or how about a trip to Maria Island? This is stunning photography land, even if you are an amateur behind the lens, or you could just wander in this little Eden. You won’t be disappointed.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and the view is fabulous! It was a 5 star experience once we gained access to the property. Unfortunately we were emailed an incorrect code and could not get in. Luckily, I had mobile service on my US phone and we were able to contact the emergency contact number. It took about 20 minutes but we finally received the correct access code. Had I not had service I don’t know what we would have done. Perhaps they can find a way to text to international numbers as it appeared to be an issue with emailing the pass code. All in all an amazing stay and we’ll be back again! Thanks so much
