On a plot of 630 m2. Nice Norwegian chalet, facing south, facing the Catalan Pyrenees.
At 150 m:
- ski lifts and alpine ski schools (access by secure pedestrian trail) and shops (ski rental and small grocery store)

- from the cross-country ski trails.
You will have a garage for one car with a ski rack. Private parking for 3 cars at the foot of the chalet.
Possibility of having in addition (with supplement) a separate bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom and toilet, located on the ground floor (access from the garage). Not available in winter period.

The rental does not take into account the price of electricity consumption, it will be charged at the end of the stay.

Chalet très bien situé offrant une vue dégagée, ensoleillée.Equipement d'ustensiles de cuisine bien complet, bonne literie.Deux bémols: cabine de douche exigue très mauvaise réception de la télé, nous devions passer par l'ordinateur pour voir un programme

vacances très agréables. logement très bien situé. Seul petit point négatif, le ménage...( frites sous le canapé, cheveux dans la douche...). Sinon c'était parfait.

Location parfaite !

Le chalet est parfaitement équipé. Il est situé à moins de 5mn en voiture des commerces. Point de départ idéal pour les balades en Cerdagne, Conflent et Capcir.

Très bon séjour. Implantation intéressante.

Un très beau chalet, fonctionnel, moderne et super bien placé au pied des remontées. Nous avons même eu deux jour de neige: pas mal pour une fin avril. A retenter en février!

Sur la base de l'annonce qui intègre normalement le chauffage, nous avons eu la DESAGREABLE surprise d'avoir finalement à payer 63 Euros pour ce même chauffage ( électricité), Nous ne sommes ainsi pas satisfaits. N.B

Un lieu de retraite paisible et cocooning

Un chalet super bien situé confortable et très fonctionnel. Le temps était superbe sauf le dernier jour où il a plu et ou nous avons passé une super journée à nous reposer et a faire des jeux de société présents dans le chalet. On a finalement bien apprécié cette journée au chaud à contempler la vue. On reviendra certainement recharger les batteries dans ce lieu calme et reposant.

Belle location

Le chalet est très agréable et confortable. Il y a une place pour garer son véhicule et le garage est accessible aussi. Il y a tous les équipements utiles voire plus (luges, pelles etc). Le chalet est également très bien placé dans la station. Presque au pied des pistes.

Excellent place to stay in Pyrenees 2000

We had a wonderful time with our two children in this beautiful chalet. Place is very well afurnished and placed 200 meters from ski slopes. We particularly loved the fireplace. We'll come back for sure.

Chalet impeccable et situation idéale auprès des pistes et des départs de circuits en raquettes. Site très agréable avec de jolies vues sur les Pyrénées.
