Recent stay at the beach club

Condo was great. This is the second year in a row that we’ve had to call the emergency number to get our keys. This year our name wasn’t on the box and we had to call the emergency number to get the keys. Once we got the keys they wouldn’t work because the key system was updated to a keypad. We had to call the emergency number again to get the code. The hide was not in the text link I received. The text link told me to go to the main building to get the keys. It’s just frustrating because when you have refrigerated groceries and it’s late you just want an easy way to get in your condo.
