A cosy little spot near the beach, located in the safest area of Paraty, Jabaquara, which borders the historic centre of Paraty, with beautiful green landscapes and no violence, the house is safe and comfortable. With 2 bedrooms, one bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, and the other a queen bed and a single bed, both with air conditioning, living room with 2 and 3 seater sofas, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils including microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, blender, toaster, orange juicer, electric coffee maker, 1 powder room, 1 bathroom with glass shower enclosure, laundry room with sink and new 14 kg Electrolux washing machine, garage with barbecue, sink and worktop. Sleeps 6 people in beds. It is located a few metres from the beach, and close to other beautiful beaches in the region, and a few minutes from the historic centre. In front of the house is a green area preserved by the environment. If the guest has doubts about the distance to the centre, they can consult Google. It is close to the beach kiosks that serve delicious dishes, and from the corner of the house you can see the beach avenue. The guest will find bed linens and 12 towels in the property, being 6 bath towels and 6 face towels. + 3 rugs

Nos hospedamos para aproveitar o réveillon 2021/22...A casa em si é muito boa espaçosa bem equipada,sem muito a reclamar...algums reajustes que ajudariam bastante como uma tela na lavanderia e no banheiro debaixo ou um forro para evitar a entrada de bichos como um sapo que apareceu e algumas aranhas pequenas..por ser uma área de preservação não pode ser totalmente asfaltada ai junto a chuva de 3 dias e tivemos algumas surpresa da natureza a localização e muito boa.. ar condicionado nos quartos ajuda muito na hora de dormi...

Olá Danilo,tudo bem! vc disse pra por tela na lavanderia porque entrou inseto,discordo de vc,a lavanderia é toda feichada, não tem como entrar bicho nem um, em outros sites a avaliação da limpeza, comunicação em outros requisitos meus hóspedes dão 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐estrelas, e todos os quartos tem ar condicionado muito bom, e quanto a chuva e o tempo não posso fazer nada,vc se lembra, que eu fiz um desconto quase pela metade do preço pra vc!! E vc ficou do dia 29/12 /03/01 são 5 diárias para 6 pessoas, se vc não tivesse gostado do imóvel,vc não teria me pedido para prolongar sua estadia para ficar mais dias, eu te expliquei, não dava porque o imóvel ja estava reservado para outros hóspedes, mas mesmo assim vc ultrapassou o horário da saída,e eu não reclamei, mesmo assim muito obrigada,me desculpa por algumas. coisas.

Réveillon 2021

O local é um pouco distante de supermercado, o mais próximo fica ha 15min a pé, mas é bem pequeno. Os maiores ficam em media 10/15min de carro. A praia do Jabaquara é tranquila e limpa, em média 15 min a pé. Ja o centro histórico fica acessível de carro, ja que a pé demora +/- 25 minutos. Não conseguimos uber ou taxi na região, mas acredito que seja pela demanda na semana do ano novo, tivemos muita dificuldade para conseguir algum motorista para nos levar em outros lugares. A rua da casa nao tem asfalto, como choveu foi um pouco ruim, mas nada que tenha prejudicado. Mas uns 200 metros para frente já havia asfalto. O ideal é que viagem de carro para essa região. A casa é bem equipada é extremamente limpa. Maria nos recepcionou muito bem e me aguardou até tarde para mostrar as instalações e fez um bolo para nós. Não está na descrição, mas os dois quartos possuem ar-condicionado (essencial para o calor que estava). Maria estava disponível o tempo todo via whatsapp para nos dar suporte. A viagem foi muito boa!

Olá Glaucia, obrigada por este carinho, gostaria muito de ter feito mas, realmente por ser uma rua nova e teve eleição em novembro a prefeitura parou o asfalto por ordem da lei a 100 mts do imóvel,e não duzentos mts como vc mencionou, mas ja vão retornar o asfalto , e soube o UBER e o TÁXI eu deixei dois números no seu zap caso avesse necessidade , e me lembro que vc chegou de UBER a mais de meia noite e quando foi embora,O UBER te pegou na porta, por isso eu quero deixar claro para os hóspedes que pretendem reservar meu imóvel,o carro chega na porta , e vc disse que do móvel até o centro de UBER da 15 minutos eu descodo de vc, são apenas 6 minutos,o motorista do aplicativo deve ter rodado com vcs,para cobrar mais. O meu imóvel são 5, estrelas , a sua diária terminou as 17.,horas ,e vc me pediu pra ficar até as 21.30 h porque seu horário de ônibus era pras 22 horas e eu permitir e não cobrei nada a mais por isso.e do imóvel até a praia de pé são 6 minutos e não 15!! Minutos, gosto de receber meus hóspedes com carinho,casa segura com portão e os carro chegar na porta, obrigada Glaucia .

Simples e charmosa

Estive com a família no Carnaval/2020 no imóvel e me surpreendi com o ótimo custo benefício. Casa no bairro Jabaquara, extremamente limpa e arejada. Local super tranquilo pra quem quer sossego. O casal anfitrião Maria e Murilo nos receberam muito bem, nos deixaram a vontade durante a estadia e se mostraram prontos e dispostos a auxiliar caso houvesse necessidade. Eu e todos os outros viajantes decidimos dar 5 estrelas ao imóvel pelo capricho e carinho dos proprietários. Adoramos e voltaremos com certeza.
