Charming holiday home with pool in UzĂšs (Gard) 3 *** CLASSIFIED IN TOURIST FURNITURE
La bastide de l'Escalette is an independent house, calm, sunny, located in a small secure residence with very pretty streets. The collective swimming pool (18m x 10m) is open from May 15 to September 30. Individual parking is reserved in front of the rental.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a large living room, with direct access to the garden, the terrace, and the barbecue. In summer, the air conditioning and the external blind allow protection from the heat and the sun. 1 WC.

Upstairs: 3 beautiful bedrooms nicely furnished, with cupboards, a completely renovated bathroom, 1 WC.

Une des plus belles maisons du domaine de la Bastide

Magnifique région. Un peu dommage pour le temps. Mais il y a de quoi faire dans les environs pour s'occuper par tout temps. Merci pour ces bons moments dans votre superbe établissement.

Positiv: ‱großer Wohn-/Essbereich ‱schöne Terrasse mit großem Tisch und riesiger Markise, perfekter Ort fĂŒrs FrĂŒhstĂŒck ‱gute Klimaanlagen (außer in einem Schlafzimmer) ‱sehr schöner, großer und gepflegter Pool (leider ohne Liegen) ‱Wohnanlage sehr ruhig ‱NĂ€he zur schönen Altstadt von UzĂ©s Negativ: ‱Haus war nicht sehr gut gereinigt ‱Besteck alt und nicht gut gereinigt ‱ GlĂ€ser und Tassen alt und abgenutzt, hier sollte man neues Besteck und GlĂ€ser/Tassen anschaffen ‱WLAN fiel stĂ€ndig aus. ‱zu wenige HandtĂŒcher Aber dennoch insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub in UzĂ©s

Super séjour trop court! Propriété sympa et village charmant.

Propriété trÚs bien aménagée et équipée. La literie est d'excellente qualité, l'entrée sécurisée du lotissement garanti la tranquillité et avoir une place de parking juste devant l'entrée de la maison a vraiment été trÚs pratique. Dommage que le lave-vaisselle dysfonctionne: nous avons fait 2 essais et ce n'était pas trÚs concluant! Nous pouvions aller au village à pied pour les petits achats. UzÚs a d'ailleurs été une vraie bonne surprise; cette petite ville renferme une vraie richesse historique et architecturale! De plus, bien située dans la région pour accéder à d'autres sites touristiques et grand choix de commerces en périphérie de la ville pour le ravitaillement.Si nous revenons dans la région, j'opterai volontiers pour un séjour plus prolongé.

Nous avons passĂ© une bonne semaine de vacances Ă  Uzes. Le temps y Ă©tait propice, nous avons mĂȘme profitĂ© du salon de jardin mis Ă  notre disposition. La maison est fort agrĂ©able. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme, pratique et fonctionnelle. Une place de parking juste en face de la maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© cette maison.

Very good stay at la Bastide

The location was perfect. We could walk into the town and yet it was easy to visit all the fantastic places around Uzes. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the garden and barbecue area and even managed a couple of dips in the pool. The complex was very pleasant, safe and secure and very quiet.

Notre sĂ©jour dans cette maison de la bastide d'UzĂšs Ă©tait excellent ! En plus d'ĂȘtre trĂšs jolie, cette maison a l'avantage d'ĂȘtre fraiche malgrĂ© la chaleur extĂ©rieure. Ce qui est trĂšs agrĂ©able, surtout avec un enfant ! De plus, les propriĂ©taires sont toujours Ă  l'Ă©coute afin de rĂ©pondre Ă  d'Ă©ventuelles questions. La maison correspond Ă  la description. Elle est situĂ©e dans une rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e pas trĂšs loin du centre-ville. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les chambres sont joliment dĂ©corĂ©es, on n'y manque de rien. Le contact avec les propriĂ©taires avant notre sĂ©jour s'est trĂšs bien passĂ© et les indications Ă©taient trĂšs claires. La personne qui nous a reçu sur place est d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette location.

Maison plaisante avec le confort nécessaire dans une résidence calme avec la piscine à deux pas. Petit plus pour le jardin au calme à l'ombre des arbres et du store.
