The Space:

Set over three levels, this apartment provides a sophisticated and functional space for your coastal getaway. The ground floor includes a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. The second level contains three bedrooms and a semi ensuite bathroom, all stocked with premium linens and towels. The top floor serves as the primary entertaining space, boasting a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a 65 inch television. The outdoor deck is perfect for evening barbecues and soaking in the elevated views of the city. Guests have access to a two car garage, and we provide the option to hire a porta cot and feeding chair to accommodate younger guests.

Our apartment is perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the very best of Mount Maunganui. You will find yourself just 50 metres from the vibrant main street, where a fantastic selection of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops await. For those who love the water, you are spoiled for choice with both the calm, sheltered waters of Pilot Bay and the exhilarating surf of the main ocean beach located just 150 metres from your doorstep. Whether you are looking for a morning coffee, a retail therapy session, or a relaxing swim, everything you need is within a very short stroll.

Place was great with a great location. Everything was clean and organized, nice to have the garage. My issue was with air conditioning. The only a/c unit was in the staircase area and did not reach the rooms or the top floor where the kitchen and living rooms were. Rooms could have at least had fans. Upper floor with kitchen and living room was close to 34c around mid day. This needs to be fixed for summer time
