As noted by others - you can walk to restaurants, YMCA, bus stop for SV and warm springs. Technically you could walk down the trail to river run, which is about 1 mi. For skiing you just use the bus to warm springs, which is at the YMCA across the street.Neighbors are quiet and friendly. We only had one vehicle so (unassigned) parking was not a problem for us.
Wonderful spot in Ketchum. Stayed with wife and two pups. Super easy to walk to town, bike on the path and take the dogs down to the river. Would absolutely stay there again.
This was a great property in a great location. We were steps to the bus stop that takes you right to the mountain. Super close to Grumpy's and Sawtooth brewery, and easily walkable to downtown and the rest of the great restaurants and bars. The condo comes well stocked with everything you need if you decide cooking in is preferable.
We loved our stay here. Nelson was responsive and helpful when needed. The condo is in a great location to restaurants, bars, the paved bike path and is within biking distance to some nearby mountain biking trails as well. The condo was very clean and well maintained.
The space was very cozy but also accomodating for plenty of people. Would be fun with a few kids because there are fun beds upstairs for them. Loved that there were food essentials there, I would much rather the reusable food be left than just thrown away. And there was actually good shampoo and conditioner in the showers, not that terrible hotel stuff. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room couch is super comfy and having the washer dryer was really nice. Didn't get to use the wood stove but would love to next visit. Would rent again.
We stayed at this condo for 10 nights from lateJanuary through early February . We love coming to Ketchum for Cross Country skiing and participating in the Boulder Mountain Tour Event. This lodging was perfect for making our visit perfevt.
This location fit our needs well, the beds were good and the table was large enough for us to gather around. A good fit for an active group who spent most of our time here eating or sleepig.
Had a Super awesome stay at this property. Hosts were so responsive and helpful, probably one of the best host experiences I’ve had! We were super close to the mountain and Ketchum, awesome location! Also beds were super comfortable!
The property was accurately described. Our kids enjoyed sleeping in the sleeping cubbies upstairs. The playground, the YMCA, and Grumpy's were all a short walk away. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the beds were particularly comfortable.
We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and had everything we could need and was close to downtown and the bike path. My kids did the pump track across the street on their bikes every day. We will definitely be back!
Great value and very convenient location. Pet friendly.
This community of four-plex condominiums is a little older and each unit will vary with its renovations. This particular unit is set up as to be used as a lean and clean sports stay with three twin beds upstairs and a queen with a master downstairs. Washer/Dryer is a plus and can't beat the location. Finally, pet friendly.
Comfortable place close to Ketchum and Nordic trails
Our communication with the owner was quick and responsive. We thought the place was very comfortable and well appointed. We are nordic skiers and were close to the Y and to trails and to town. Two thumbs up!
Though we had a bit of a hiccup upon arrival, I reached out and the property manager and owner worked quick to make it right. There was just a confusion on when the property needed to be cleaned next, so when we checked in that evening it had not been turned over yet. We otherwise had a wonderful time staying here. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the location as it was so close to trails and bike paths, within walking distance to town, 3 minute drive to a grocery store and under an hour drive to the lake. Thanks for accommodating us! We are already looking forward to next year.
We have stayed at this property several times. Great location and close to downtown Ketchum, River Run and Dollar. Across the street from the YMCA (fantastic facility) and Grumpy’s.
Condo has a full sized washer and dryer- a huge plus! The appliances and fixtures are on the old side, but everything is clean and functions properly so no complaints.
The parking can be tricky since there are no assigned spots.
Overall, definitely a great condo.
Enjoyed our stay here! You’re living with the locals here...and it’s super convenient and well equipped and comfortable. Quiet as well. Owners were very responsive. Would rent it again!

Great location, very comfortable
We stayed here for 4 nights. It's very comfortable, clean and convenient. The free shuttle stop is in front of the complex and this takes you to any of the lodges and town. It is also next to a huge dog park and right on the biking path.
Drawbacks: Would be *nice* to have a TV in the bedroom and *nice* to have a view out the window that is something other than the unit next to you or cars in the lot. But, these should not be deterrents from staying here.
My husband is in a wheelchair and the bathroom door was too narrow for his chair to fit through. We managed by taking the door off the hinge. Something worth noting however if you are traveling with someone who is in a wheelchair. Access into the unit was fine, a small lip at the front door, but no stairs. There is enough room to navigate the kitchen/dining/living room/bedroom areas on the main floor. The bathroom door is a little more narrow than a regulation door - but something an abled-bodied person will not even notice.
It's a cozy unit, plenty of room for a couple or two couples. There's a master bath off the bedroom downstairs and a second bath with a standing shower (no tub) upstairs. There's also a washer/dryer upstairs with laundry detergent and that was very handy.
Parking can be a little tricky during the winter because half the spots are covered with the snow bank where the parking lot has been plowed. We were able to get a spot every night in front of our unit so it wasn't a problem.
Overall, it's a nice unit, the owner is very responsive and even allowed us to bring our pets! We'd recommend renting this place and would do so again.

Comfy and accommodating!
The condo was very nice and well stocked with all the amenities. Bed was exceptionally nice. Would have liked the parking info ahead of time as we arrived late and encountered an issue with a tenant. The only complaint I have is the floor was incredibly dirty. It had been swept but not mopped. Feet / socks turned black walking around. Overall very clean except for the floor. Would definitely recommend and will consider for future visits.

We are a family from Bellevue, WA that loves Ketchum/Sun Valley. We have young children and don't get to use the home in Idaho as much as we'd like so have decided to share it with all of you. Some of our favorite things to do in Sun Valley are ski the mountains, golf, fish, hike, shoot trap, and ride bikes. Some of our favorite restaurants are the Kneadery for breakfast, Java on 4th for coffee and a quick breakfast, Perrys for breakfast and lunch, Despo's for mexican, Rico's for Pizza, and the Pioneer Saloon for a big dinner.
