- Bright, new kitchen with professional gas range, retro fridge, open shelving and nespresso coffee machine

- Finished lower level with an easy walkout to the lake

- High speed internet

- Upper level patio with dining table and BBQ


About the Property:

- The property has a large, rocky point that slopes gently into the lake. Deep water for swimming of the point as well as a sandy beach for easy entry

- 2 single person kayaks, 1 double kayak to enjoy during your stay

- Nestled in a mixed forest offering wildlife sightings and all the privacy you need to enjoy

- Isabella Lake is island dotted and underdeveloped with half of the shoreline still in its natural untouched state

- Excellent for swimming, fishing, and all water sports. Ice fishing and cross country skiing on and around the lake in winter

- The Seguin River runs across the north of the lake offering amazing canoeing & kayaking

- Dock available if you bring your boat or sea-doo

- Close to the Village of Orrville offering a general store, bakery, community centre, library, the Seguin Recreational Trail (ATV & Snowmobiling), and a summer farmer's market

- 40 min to Killbear Provinvial Park

- 20 min to Georgian Nordic Ski Club

- Within 20-30 min of some of the best golf courses in the region including the Ridge at Manitou, Rocky Crest, Parry Sound Golf and Country Club, and Seguin Valley Golf Club

Outstanding property!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness of this cottage was off the charts, the accommodations were great and the details given as an orientation for our stay were extremely helpful. The communication with the owners was great from start to finish. Over all, this experience was incredible and exceeded my expectations tremendously. Thank you for being such great hosts! We had a truly great time during our stay.

Best cottage getaway, period

Our trip was such a pleasant experience. Exactly what we were looking for, and more, for a lake getaway. A stunning cottage, perfectly clean and spotless, luxurious and cozy, with attention even to the smallest detail. So many things available to make the most out of the home. Too many to list in a review. This is a unique property. It has its very own woods area, with a beautiful trail that leads to a dock on the lake which is a dream come true to relax. Something much needed nowadays. The kayaks were also an amazing highlight. This gem of a property made us feel at home like guests at a very close friend's incredible cottage, rather than just a stay at a vacation rental.

Great stay

The cottage was clean, kitchen was just renovated and well equipped. Site has a beautiful cap rock. Property is close to a boat launch but it was very quiet. Wish there was a canoe so all family could paddle together on the beautiful lake but kayaks worked just fine. Francois was very responsive and nice to deal with, overall we had a great stay!

Beautiful cottage on Isabella Lake

My family spent a fun and relaxing weekend at this beautiful cottage by Lake Isabella. The place is spacious and equipped with all the comfort you need, super clean and full of light. We enjoyed having meals on the terrace with the best view, canoeing, watching the stars, fishing on the dock, etc We will definitely want to come back for more good memories
