About this property

Our apartment is 2 bedrooms and one bath, one bedroom is quite large featuring an oversized king bed, the other smaller room has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms have their own balconies. The bathroom has a tub and a shower c/w a shower screen a bidet, toilet, sink and washer. It also includes a window that opens ( people have asked me this question). There is a kitchen with gas too and electric hob. The kitchen has everything we can think of that you would need to prepare almost any meal, and includes a table that seats six. The living room has a sofa that makes into a bed, TV, DVD, and bose speaker to hook up your phone to play music. There is a balcony with table and chairs just outside the living room. We are on the 2 floor and there is a lift. All of the windows are very large. Please note the cleaning fee :€50 paid directly to the Property Manager ( Carlos) on arrival.

Festa St Rocco

Lovely property with a great swimming pool and plenty of parking. Perfect location to Marina and Gioiosa Ionica old town. Would be difficult if you didn't have a car. No public transport that we could find.

We love to travel! We are sisters! We especially love to get into the authentic parts of a country, to try and learn how the people from the region live, work and play. We fell in love with this small town in Southern Italy, we fell in love with the people, the food and the sea. We could imagine exploring the hills finding unique restaurants and historical sites, maybe meeting locals and experiencing the absolute beauty of Italy. We will never explore it all, there is so much, but so far we the parts we have found we love!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property as they were just building it, it took a while to complete. A lot of the other that purchased at the time are English speaking, from Ireland, England and Scotland. No one had a clue what we were doing but we helped each other and all managed to complete our apartments! We lived the idea of a pool and we liked the layout of the apartment.

What makes this property unique

We have a gated community that is ideally located between Gioiosa di Marina and Gioiosa Jonica, we are minutes to the beach by car, shopping and restaurants! At the end of the day we can return to our swimming pool and many friends made along the way.
