This is a prime location to all Breckenridge has to offer! The Chimney Ridge Townhomes are located very close to the Peak 9 Beaver Run SuperChair and Quicksilver SuperChair and historic Main Street Breckenridge. Walk just 700 feet from the condo to ski down to the Quicksilver lift.

The two bedroom townhome style property offers a split tri-level layout conducive to families. The equipped kitchen is spacious and has plenty of countertop space for all your meal prep. The kitchen and dining area open up to the living room, which has high ceilings for a spacious feel while you relax by the fireplace.

It is ½ block to the Ski Area and free ski/town shuttle. As a guest of Chimney Ridge, you will have complimentary access to the Upper Village Clubhouse . The clubhouse is about 1 block from the Chimney Ridge Townhomes. Additional amenities include fully equipped kitchen, private heated garage, wood fireplace, and private washer/dryer.

The balconies off the primary bedroom and the living area offer added outdoor space for guests. Wireless internet and cable TV are perfect for remote working guests. Guests will also have use of the Upper Village Pool's outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, just a short 3 minute walk from the townhome.

Breckenridge ski and fun
We had a great 4 days of skiing, dining and shopping. The town looked absolutely delightful all lit up and ready for the holidays. The condo location was strategically located close to chair lifts, restaurants and shops. Even though everything was in working order in the unit we think it could use a needed updating from kitchen appliances to carpeting, mattresses, etc. The general appearance of this unit is of something that got stuck in the 60’s. Still, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Just Okay
This is a dated unit that is clean and comfortable. Some things I would have liked to know before booking: Stairs everywhere, you even have to go down stairs from the kitchen to go upstairs to the bedrooms; Master bath has only a tub, no shower or shower wand--had to go down to kitchen level to shower; Master bedroom has 70s-style vertical blinds--except more than half were missing and others were cracked. This faces east, meaning blinding sunlight in your face at 6:45 am.; Fireplace with two pieces of wood for 3 night stay; No coffee; Carpeted bathrooms with discolored carpet around the toilets--need washable rugs or something; Also didn't appreciate having to pay management company a hefty cleaning fee, yet still required to take our own trash to some hidden dumpster somewhere. We had fun, but I would not book again.

Great location — outdated amenities
Perfect location. Only a 2.5 min walk to the Quicksilver Superchair! Also close to downtown and shuttles. Downside is it is outdated. Be prepared to use an oven from the ?70s? It is tiny and hard to use (who knows what temperature it was actually at). Other than that, great stay.
