Great stay! Wonderful house, it had everything we needed. Best part was the view over the lake with the mountains as the backdrop. Liana was awesome to deal with and very accomodating!!

Thank you - you are very kind - I appreciated your swift communication and understanding with the power outage with our contractor.
I hope the wedding went well.
So much space fits all of our stuff and had heaps of room with the two lounges for friends to visit. Location is exceptional for frankton. Waterfront straight infront. Only 10 min drive into Queenstown and 10 minutes walk to supermarket
Great position to ski fields, comfortable, roomy house.
This house is lovely, well designed with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and sitting room downstairs. Upstairs is living, kitchen, dining, master, another bedroom, ensuite and bathroom. The property is set back behind another directly in front down an easement. Cars can be parked out front, the gas fireplace didn’t work but there was ample underfloor heating, reverse cycle aircon and heaters. Onsite manager was responsive and helpful. Great place to stay in Frankton to access the ski fields and Frankton based activities easier. We Ubered easily into town if we needed. Frankton has lots of grocery and souvenir shops within 20 min or so walk.
We had an amazing time at Liana’s charming place. Its prime location near the airport provided us with convenient access to explore Queenstown and beyond. The neighborhood was delightful, and the breathtaking views of the lake were mesmerizing. Liana, our host, was incredibly helpful and made our stay truly magical. There’s also a great bakery and fish market just a short walk away. We highly recommend staying at Liana’s place and hope to return in the future.

"It was an absolute pleasure hosting the West family for their month-long stay. As a host, you can immediately tell when a family is in the middle of a long-term adventure; they have a wonderful, 'unflappable' independence and a genuine curiosity for the local way of life in NZ.
This family was incredibly active—I’d see them heading out early with their day packs or heading to the bus stop to town. They were the perfect balance of self-sufficient and engaged; they didn't need a hand-held itinerary, but they were always keen for a 'local's tip on where to find places to seek and explore.
They treated our home with immense respect, which we truly appreciate for such a long stay. Communication was always prompt and grateful. It’s inspiring to see a family taking a year to bond and explore the world so deeply. We’d welcome them back in a heartbeat—any host would be lucky to have them!"
What a lovely property! The location is great, the property is beautifully kept, and has an amazing host. Liana made the team feel very welcome. We would love to stay here again in the future
