Two bedroom apartment. Ground floor. Long island to sit at. AC in all rooms. Two queen beds. In room suite bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Security out front. 2 blocks from Park lleras. There are stairs to another apartment that connects above if you need more space. Everything is close by. Supermarket is 2 blocks. Metro is 5. Lleras can be walked to in 5 minutes. All is right here. This area can get noisy, because the bars are so close. Sleeps 4 people in two beds.
2 Bedroom ground floor by Parc Lleras. Calle 8 Big hot tub in living room. Washer and dryer. Three flat screens. AC in all rooms. Modern kitchen with a long island to sit at. 3 blocks to lleras. Can have guests with ID. We have some one 2 blocks away to watch the building in case you need someone he can be there in 5 minutes. This apartment is ground floor. There is only a sky light. It connect via locked door to a 3 bedroom one flight up if you needed another apartment.

Our stay

Well my brother and i stay there fo 8 days, this was out first time to Colombia. The location of the place was amazing, it was clean throughout the entire house. It is walking distance to where all the partys were, and also very close to where all the tours busses was leaving from.

Another Great Stay In Medellin

Stayed at several of this hosts listings for the last couple of years. Never let’s me down. Transparent communication and listings as described. Everything’s in close proximity from grocery stores, atm, pharmacy etc… 5 min walk to the gym, restaurants, lleras.. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Well definitely be booking again.
