Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. The oceanfront units have direct beach access from their balconies. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed.
