2nd stay, just as great as the first!

This is my second stay at Washashore in the last year and it was wonderful! We had a very relaxing January weekend, you can't beat the view. We had everything we needed at the house and it was clean and well appointed, comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will probably stay again in the future!

Perfect winter sunsets

This is our 4th time staying at Washashore, and it never disappoints. It is starting to feel like our second home. We highly recommend Washashore for anyone who is looking for incredible ocean views, on a private street, and with easy access to all island amenities. Incredible location

Washashore was a great place to spend our family Thanksgiving. We have been to BHI several times for the holiday and this was probably the best experience. There are 2 beach access points right on Silversides trail an easy walk from the home. The view is incredible from the main living room and deck. The home has all the things you would expect and was as described. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation! Perfect location on BHI with fantastic 180 degree views of the ocean. Very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Hope to visit again. (This was our second time.)

Great time at Washashore!

My family of 4 had a great week on Bald Head Island. Our time at Washashore was a perfect getaway. While the exterior needs sprucing up a bit / the interior was up date, clean and comfortable. ITrip team was great - very responsive and communicative.

Great week

We had a great visit at Washashore. The weather was perfect and people were so friendly. We were looking for a home that had three bedrooms and on the water. Washashore was perfect for our family. Easy walk to the beach, short golf cart ride to the market, and all the amenities you would want. We will be coming back to BHI

Great Home

My family stayed at Washashore for a week and had a blast! The house was perfect for a family with a baby and a family with two small children. The room with the pull out bed worked perfect for the family of 4 and the master was perfect for the family with a baby. We also really enjoyed the large deck and proximity to the beach. M

Heaven on Earth

Amazing location

This was our first time to BHI and absolutely loved it! The location of Washashore is perfect in that it is right across from the beach and mid island so close to the market / coffee shop etc. something we did not appreciate when we booked it. ITrip, the management company, was extremely responsive for the handful of questions we had and the house was great. In particular the thoughtful layout and large shaded deck were standouts.

It was good. There wasn’t enough silverware for 4. We had to keep washing those by hand. There was a lot of mildew/ black mold downstairs. Accumulation of spider webs and spiders downstairs. The carts were good. It was nicely decorated. Surprised there were no tvs in the guest bedrooms.

The Washashore is a perfectly located home . It is well laid out and was the perfect size for two couples and kids. South beach at sunset is gorgeous ! It was great that we had the option to “Belong” to the beach club for the week.. we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect single family beach getaway with grandparents

This property is well maintained with comfortable mattresses/furniture and the three bedrooms with full baths make it ideal for a family and a set of grandparents which is how we did it. Beautiful view of the sunset from the deck. We all enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality.
