Dirty linen in cupboard broken and dirty glassware dirty floor bedroom light didn't work had to have electrician come to replace globe..

Please know that this has been addressed with our cleaning and housekeeping teams to ensure it doesn’t happen again. As outlined in our terms and conditions, we are always happy to promptly rectify any issues during a guest’s stay; however, we were not made aware of the additional concerns at the time and would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve these for you while you were in-house. Regarding the bedroom light, we appreciate your patience while we arranged for our handyman to attend and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We truly value your feedback as it helps us improve, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused during your stay.

So so

We arrived to find we didn't have enough towels. We then took the initiative to wash and dry the towels ourselves to find a huge dirty pile of towels in the laundry room. Carpet was completely soiled. Beds were horrible. The view, location and pool was amazing. The property is run by Accom but it is in the Mantra resort. Might be better to stay directly with Mantra.

Handy location as a 2 minute walk to the beach. Apartment quiet compact.

Great location. Not sure if I would stay again.

Overall our stay was ok. Great location. Very small living area which is not suitable for the 5 of us especially if you want to leave the sofa bed out (it's meant to fit up to 6 people). There were issues with next door apartment being extremely loud during the night which woke us up. The apartment didn't really have adequate crockery and cooking pots. It had one non-stick pot which was badly scratched. Due to covid regulations it was sometimes a long wait for lifts especially going to and leaving the pool level.
