the unit was excellent, and as discribed. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. The restrurant was good as was the swim up bar. My main problem was the pool area. ( which is very important to me) When we arrivied there was about 10-12 large piles of iguana waste surrounding the beautiful pool, as well as droppings from the hundreds of chickens that took over the resort. We complained and it was moderately corrected during our stay, but still not confortable.When sitting at a table in the pool area, the many iguana's will slip under the table to nibble on the guests feet. Ducks and iguana's frequently swim in the pool. Too much wild-life for me.

Great pool with iguanas. Each room had an outdoor seating space. There are a lot of steps up to rooms, so if you can't do them you may want to ask about ground floor. Our studio had a full kitchenette with dishes etc. There was a great Market on-site with sandwiches, beer,wine,snacks and eggs, milk etc. The restaurant Longboards was amazing and pool bar was great. Overall, wonderful experience

Outstanding resort and staff

The property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. The loft was gorgeous, newly renovated and amazing view. Perfect place to get away and relax. Market n site is great, Lanai restaurant has loads of great choices.

Great spot for quiet time

We loved our stay at the LimeTree. We had a small loft directly overlooking the beach and it was so peaceful. The resort itself was lovely and we enjoyed how quiet it was. We were able to get a nice chair overlooking the beach without any issues. Definitely a place we will return to.

Birthday get away

Amazing staff and service everywhere. Property literally on the beach. Pots, pans ,plates ,everything you need to cook/drink because its a little ways out of town. Beach chairs and cabanas on property for relaxation. Pool bar had to be my favorite amenity! Will 100% book again.

Peaceful and Well Situated

This is a lovely small resort. Convenient amenities and safe feel. It’s not the best snorkeling beach but it is a locket spot to just sit and hear the waves. The local roosters and iguanas also make for some fun entertainment. All rooms have a nice view and a great simple set up.

Tropical Paradise

We loved our stay in St Thomas. The condo was perfect and we had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The air conditioning was so nice to have. The grounds are beautiful and they have gazebos overlooking the beach and ocean. The restaurant on premises was good and the drinks were delicious. We want to go back soon.

First Time on the Island

The resort was absolutely amazing. Everyone was nice & friendly. Beautiful views. Clean comfortable & cozy room. Close to almost everything. Only thing is the driveway/ road to the resort is extremely dark could use some lighting but that didn’t ruin my experience.

Relaxing getaway

Enjoyed our stay at Limetree. The unit was well appointed and had a great view. We appreciated the quiet surroundings. Enjoyed our meals at the poolside bar and at the Lanai Restaurant. The onsite market carried all the essentials. Rented snorkel equipment onsite at the dive shop.Check in and check out were a breeze.
