Choose to sit in the sun or dine in the shade perfect for family outdoor dinners after a day of boating or swimming at the waterpark. Watch the sunset and Saturday evening fireworks from the deck. Private swimming pool with covered area for family get-togethers is located right beside the building. Full amenities including Blackstone grill, fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, flat screen TV, in-unit laundry, pack-n-play and booster seat for your little one. Includes 6 free daily passes to both the indoor / outdoor waterpark. Dock access is located in front of the building. 7,000lb boat hoist available for additional fee. Non-smoking/no pets.
