Great place!! The view from the balcony is amazing. Direct beach access Nice pool The beds were so comfortable Kitchen & living space was plentiful. The kitchen could use more serving pieces but overall it was great! We already want to go back!

The view and layout was excellent. Unit needed a few items but overall had plenty of kitchenware. Beach was very busy being close to a public access. It was an enjoyable time.

Our stay was great! We thought we were having issues with the AC and we called the emergency maintenance line and they had someone out quick and the problem fixed in no time! We will definitely book Sandy Shores in the future! Thank you for a great week!

Bring indoor and outdoor shoes. No door mats were present to knock the sand off before entering the unit. Bring beach towels. Enjoy a great view and short walk to beautiful sands and ocean.

My stay was pleasant enough. Any day spent on the beach beats a day at home, and I appreciate my vacations. However, if a property asks for a review, I assume they want honest feedback.This condo had the bare minimum. We stayed four days, mainly enjoying the beach and exploring Madeira, so we barely cooked. Thank goodness, because the kitchen was full of mismatched, goodwill 2nd hand items with only three regular spoons, and smelled like urine upon arrival.The bedroom was overcrowded with unnecessary furniture, including four dressers/wardrobes. The beds were unbelievably cheap and firm, and I slept better on the couch. The mismatched sheets all were cheap and second hand. The comforter was thin, stiff, and questionable in cleanliness. The only alternative blanket I found smelled horrible and was incredibly scratchy. I ended up buying detergent and washing the bedding myself.The bathroom had a dirty plastic shower curtain, thin, cheap towels, and no bathmat. One balcony chair was broken, the couch was stained, and a light fixture near the entrance hung about 18 inches down by its wire.It’s apparent, with more and more companies owning a mass amount of rentals, they seem to have lost the personal touches and pride, owners once took in their properties. With so many options, owners need to step up their game. And can condo owners please provide a cooler?. Guests shouldn’t have to buy one after flying in, when a condo could easily keep one on hand and charge if missing

perfect location

We loved our stay and could watch dolphins from out balcony and walked across road to Johns Pass. The carpet was not the cleanest and bathroom wasn't the cleanest either but it was a very nice place. Beach was nice also.

Great!

Great place to stay! Great view of the gulf and sunsets. Convenient location. Literally don’t have to drive anywhere with all the shops and restaurants across the street. I would recommend and stay again!
