This is my family home, and I would love for tenants to treat it with respect. It offers all the comforts and is very functional, as it is used year-round by our family of four.
Why they chose this property
The peninsula is perfect for active people, with plenty of bushwalks and beautiful beaches nearby, such as Ettalong, Umina, and Pearl Beach, to name a few. It’s also a great place to relax and stroll along the esplanade while enjoying a coffee. There’s a market every Saturday and plenty of shop and restaurant few minutes drive.
What makes this property unique
Well located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few minutes’ walk to the Everglades RSL, which is great for families, and across from a golf course for golf enthusiasts. The IGA is a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive, and Umina Beach is only a 6-minute drive away. The pool is large and can accommodate the entire family.
