Fabulous stay

We spent a month at the property and it was perfect. Exactly as described. John and Lori were extremely responsive and the neighborhood was fantastic. Full use of the community amenities and bikes and beach gear in the garage for our use. We would absolutely stay there again!

The Place

The house and location were great. It was walking distance to club house, pool and Gymn. The hosts communication was great. I would liked more cleaning products soap, dishwasher detergent, Clorox and washing machine detergent vs. purchasing ourselves for a month stay. But loved the place.

Love to have The Sullivan Family back. They left our place and treated our place like their own. Unfortunately for 1 month stays or more...which is considered long term, we supply cleaning agent's, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, dish liquid soap, hand soap, laundry pods, fabric softener, coffee, tea, sweetener, sugar, enough to get you started. It's standard practice in the hostess industry.

Wonderful Rental Home

John and Lori’s home at The Place was the perfect rental for our three month stay this winter in Florida. They thought of everything….. beach towels, bikes, wagon, grill, pickle ball and tennis rackets. They were always available and quick to respond. The Place is a beautiful community with plenty of amenities. The swimming pool and beach area are amazing, the restaurant was perfect for lunch or dinner, and the workout room , playground, pickle ball and tennis courts were all wonderful and convenient. The home is actually across the street from all the amenities which made it even more appealing. We would definitely stay here again!

The Place to be!

Home is so comfortable and clean. Had such a relaxing time during our month stay. Enjoyed sitting in the lanai, watching gorgeous sunsets. Except for food shopping, you don't have to leave the community. The amenities at The Place are great. House is across the street from the pool, restaurant, bar, workout room and cafe. There's tennis and pickleball and a kid's playground. The pool is gorgeous and looks like a 5 star resort. The people are very friendly. The property owners are available to answer any questions. Highly recommend this property.
