This home has an open plan kitchen and living area with decks to the north and south. This is a house built in the 60's that is in moderately good condition a good family holiday home.

The main bedroom has a king bed and TV, 2nd and 3rd bedroom have queen beds. Bedroom 4 and 5 have two king single beds each.

Just a short drive or 15 minute stroll to the beach.

Both the outdoor and indoor dining setting seats 6 people.

Ducted air-conditioning upstairs, split system in the rumpus room downstairs.

Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
