About this property

Family Day Special - Canadian Powder Lodge, sleeps 2-6 guests. Hot tub

Formally operated as an all-inclusive lodge since 1998, we have now separated the ground floor offering it as a private accommodation to visitors. Guests can book up to 3 bedrooms. The price is based on 4 guests but you can add on additional guests too. There are 3 bathrooms, a living/dining area. The dining area/lounge/kitchenette is a separate space with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, counter top convection oven, smoothie blender, electric flat top & an outdoor BBQ (bylaw restrictions in Fernie do not permit a kitchen with cooking facilities in this style of accommodation). Cooked breakfast is an add on option for our guests.

Or option 2 - the lodge also operates as a shared B&B - based on individual rooms. Please inquire which dates are available privately or shared. The full lodge is open when it is shared as a B&B including our spacious front room with a fireplace and a harvest dining table to enjoy chef prepared breakfasts. Please contact us for pricing for this option.
Optional Snowmobiler hot lunches. Excellent access to the ski hill, town & all mountain bike and hiking trails. Very clean. Sorry no pets allowed. A sliding barn door separates the rental space from the upstairs where the owners live full time. Guests have full privacy. Wifi available. There is no TV. Plenty of parking for sled trailers (free)

Sled trip

Went with a group of friends and family to sled for a few days. Property was set up well for getting equipment dry and nice area for storing stuff. Lots of bathrooms and beds. Everyone had their own bed. Easy to get to off hyway.

Hi I'm Susan, I have run Canadian Powder Tours lodge since 1989. I am a die hard skier, I snowmobile, cross country, snowshoe, Mtn bike, dirt bike, paddle board, travel. I'm a certified chef and have run Wheelie Good Eats food truck for the past few years. The lodge used be be fully catered with gourmet dinner parties and on hill ski guiding everyday. Guests are welcome to opt for any additional requests to make their stay really special and unique. Snowmobilers can get hot lunches prepared to take out for the day.
Let me know any requirements and we'll do our best to make your stay unique and memorable.
