The Treehouse Deluxe Cottage

Detached from the main house, this is a completely furnished, lodge-like private cottage, with a private king bedroom and a sofa bed in the separate dining/living room area. Kitchenette includes a counter height fridge, microwave, coffee & coffee maker. It is facing the beautiful live oaks...an experience you won't want to miss!

This cottage comes with 2 different price rates! Full rate includes breakfast or the discounted "room only" Rate does not include breakfast. Breakfast is made to order and is served between 8:30am-9:00am. Let the Innkeeper know before 4pm on the day of your check-in if you desire breakfast, or need to add a breakfast to the reservation. Approved pets (ask about breed restrictions) are only allowed in the Treehouse Cottage with a pet fee. Pets must be 30lb or less. Let the innkeeper know if you will be bringing a pet. Children under 2 are free.

Great Place for an Overnight Stay in Uvalde!

We drove in from Austin to see the Frio Bat Flight. Because the flight ended at dark, and we didn't want to drive 3+ hours back to Austin at night, we wanted a nice, reasonably priced place to stay overnight before heading home. Live Oaks B&B was perfect - close by, lovely grounds, had a nice pool (where we had a late night swim) and breakfast delivered to our room in a contact-less manner, which was great given we are being very careful about covid exposure. Great stay.

My first stay with Live Oaks was in the Mustang room in the main house and for my second stay my needs had changed and I booked the Treehouse to accommodate my ESA. I absolutely loved the privacy and the cabin itself. Everything was as described! I work once a month in town and would love to stay here each time!

Great cousins getaway!

Enjoyed the property. The pool was great. The breakfast was delicious. A nice quiet getaway for the weekend. Will definitely return.
