Our stay was short but sweet, leaving us with an appetite to revisit your lovely community home!

We enjoyed the breakfast, sharing stories with our gracious host and visiting the waterfront where we met many friendly residents.

Oliver Phelps B&B is a beautiful B&B with delicious breakfasts and a friendly accommodating host!

Oliver Phelps B&B is an old-style mansion, beautifully decorated with a comfortable "at home" feel. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. Karin is very friendly, accommodating, and a fantastic cook. Our breakfasts were different each day made with locally available produce and combinations which went well together. I definitely will be recommending this B&B to my friends and family!

8/10 Good

B&B has so much potential but the grounds were very rundown and needed a lot of attention.

Karen was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was gourmet level.

Our stay reminded me how fantastic connecting with people via a bed and breakfast can be!

Karin was an absolutely amazing host. Everything about our experience was enjoyable, memorable, and a perfect reminder of what makes travel such an enriching experience. Karin never failed to amaze with delicious cooking, and I appreciated the care and attention she gave to us and all the guests. I will recommend any of my family and friends who visit my sister who lives local to consider the BnB so long as Karin continues to host!

This is a very nice B&B, great location, well maintained and friendly owner.

Our room was quite comfortable, roomy and clean as one would expect in such a nice house. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to our preferences. We were also given some choices on what to see in the area. All in all, a very pleasurable stay and we will aim to get back down the road.
