Not the level expected at all; mattress protectors stained; sand in the beds..... disappointing
A spectacular location, across the road from the beautiful beach the older style small apartment has been refreshed with new bathrooms and kitchen. Three adults made it home for five days. The only drawback was the lack of beach towels, a beach blanket or chairs, and, with only one bath towel per person swimming was rather problematic. Lovely restaurants all within walking distance.
The apartment was in a fabulous location with the beach directly across the road. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay.
Nice quiet area close to transport.
Beautiful area to unwind with everything at your doorstep.

The only little feedback I would give is to supply more toilet paper & things in the stater packs for people like us staying for 5 days.
The apartment was clean with modern decor. Directly opposite the beach at the end of the Esplanade; it is in a great location for visiting the beach. We parked our hire car in the back. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles but ok.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The apartment is as described - great location, and nicely furnished. Lounge is very comfortable and there is aircon in the lounge and main bedroom which we needed. Easy walk to the bus stop, bus to tarronga zoo wharf and ferry to Sydney. Buy an opal card from a newsagent and travel very cheaply especially on weekends
The property manager emailed with clear and timely instructions regarding the check in/out process and answered our questions very promptly. The keyless entry process allowed us to access the property upon our late international arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished! The kitchen had everything that we needed, and there was a lovely welcome basket upon our arrival. We enjoyed walks along the beach every morning, and appreciated the convenience of the bus stop when heading out to explore. We found the apartment a peaceful and quiet retreat at the end of each day. We would not hesitate to rent this property again, and indeed hope that we have the opportunity to do just that in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Mosman. The apartment was beautifully decorated and modern.

There were a few little things we discovered, like a broken lamp shade which was put in the cupboard with the lamp, which we left there as well as a couple of broken hangers.
There were a few chipped cups, glasses and a bowl, however there was enough crockery, so it did not inconvenience us, we just put it aside and notified the agent.
Also the toilet in the first bathroom kept clogging up, which we just managed.
Overall we loved our stay and enjoyed the apartment very much. It was clean and tidy and the agent was very responsive to our queries, which was most appreciated.
