Pet-Friendly, Charming & Bright Mountain Condo. Awesome Complex Amenities

Nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. Cozy and charming unit located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge lifts. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar top dining for 4, flat screen TV and comfortable couch with memory foam pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom has a California King with memory foam mattress and flatscreen TV and access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. This unit has WiFi internet access and overlooks the community Pool at the Summit. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (Summer only). Located on the green shuttle line, this unit is on the third floor of the Bradley building and provides elevator access. Pet friendly, this unit will allow one pet (dogs only, no cats due to severe allergy). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. The unit is located on the third floor, is all on one level and this building has elevator access. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Very nice condo close to Eagle lodge. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable bed in the bedroom. Dog friendly-the property has dog waste bags, which was convenient.

Spring time Skiing

Affordable. Easy walk or shuttle to Eagle lodge. Great for a couple with a dog. Wonderful time skiing in the AM and spring exploring in the afternoon.

Excellent unit and location

Chose this property due to location to Eagle Lodge ski lift. It was perfect and met our needs. Very pleased with unit and cleanliness. Parking was great and glad there was an elevator since unit is on 3rd floor. Would stay here again.

Perfect location for ski lift

Eagle lodge lift is an easy 5 min. walk. beautiful park across the street. Restaurants and a Vons 5 min drive. medium quality accommodations which is actually perfect for our two dogs, we didn't stress out too much. lots of families on this part of the mountain. variable terrain so my son and i could ski together. Again, not luxurious but perfect for families with dogs. and they do supply everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen.

Cute place!

We were able to cook, watch our shows , sleep well and enjoy the stay. The bed was really comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company. The underground parking wasnt bad and we have a lifted gmc sierra 4x4 truck and it fit well.They also allow pets which was perfect for myself and my medical dog. Easy access to our floor from parking garage with elevator or stairs. We would definitely stay again.The apartment was spacious and cozy!

Convenient

Close to eagle lodge. Worked just great. Very loud when neighbors run water. It would be nice to have coffee stocked it’s not that much. For the HOA- fix the elevator. It almost threw my back out.

It was clean, well equipped, quiet It was great for walks with our dog on the grounds, around the neighborhood and close to the bike path .It was easy to check in/out.If there is one thing I’d change is that the lock not be a key lock but a code lock . Otherwise I highly recommend this unit !

Reviewer Comments: This is a no frills place but it’s very clean and has a great location (walking distance from eagle) plus it’s on the third floor (no upstairs neighbors) and there’s an elevator!!! Walls aren’t well insulated so you would hear nextdoor neighbors if they were loud. We have stayed twice for 2 nights trips and it was perfect for the price. We will stay again, thank you! Oh yea, we appreciated the high shower head!

This trip, wood burning stove was disabled, we had looked forward to using it. Comforter on bed was dirty.
