Comfortable 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 8. This redecorated unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building and is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, Flat Screen TV, WiFi, stereo and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with a Flat Screen TV. The loft has 2 twins, the upstairs bedroom has a queen with a Flat Screen TV and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Comfortable and convenient

Summit #295-Unsatisfactory

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I selected this condo for its location and layout. Both of those factors were a plus. However, this condo needs work. It is very tired and worn out. Microwave door duct taped together, peeling and missing paint, worn out carpet, non functional bathroom fans, front door had to be slammed to latch (which I'm sure our neighbors did not appreciate). The kitchen pots and pans supplied were minimal and there was hardly any firewood when we arrived. It was very difficult to heat the cold unit the first night. We were brought more wood the second day and heating was much easier. The beds were like sleeping on hammocks. As a long time property owner and landlord, there is no escape from maintaining rental property. The money has to be spent. Time for this owner to pony up.

Reviewer Comments: fine for me but glad my wife couldn't make it b/c it wasn't very clean. dirty fridge, and found a can of beans and a half eaten sandwich under the bed.
