Take in the amazing views of the River from our balcony and enjoy the comfort and lux amenities the apartment offers. Located above the 20th floor, it has an open plan kitchen and living area, a master bedroom with king bed, en-suite and direct access to the spacious balcony, a second bedroom with king bed and a third bedroom with 2 king single beds. Enquire for larger group bookings, more apartments available.
The Space:
The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet complex right on the Brisbane River with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and an open-plan kitchen & living area with views to the Brisbane River. It is a bright, spacious and fully furnished apartment with quality appliances and finishes. The apartment is perfect for families or travelling business men and women who need space but would like to be close to everything. There are plenty of amenities for children aged from infants to older age. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests - maximum 8 adults, 1 infant and 1 small child. Important Information: Please note the available bedding is subject to the number of people on the booking.

- It is right next to Eagle Street and the River, steps away from Riverwalk, short walk to Queen Street, Supermarket is just downstairs

Guests have access to the entire home as well as the common spaces, like complex pool, spa, BBQ and gym
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right in Brisbane City just a few meters from the waters edge. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars all very accessible. The new Howard Smith Wharf's precinct and the Story Bridge are right around the corner.
Getting Around:
Brisbane CBD is within walking distance, if you are visiting elsewhere the best way to get around is like the locals: City Hopper (free) and City Cat ferries. The closest stop is Riverside which is a 5 minute walk away. Apart from the ferries, Uber or Taxi are very quick and cheap to get around. Southbank, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, the Gabba’ and New Farm are all 5-7 minutes drive.

Extremely nice and convenient apartment for a long weekend in the Brisbane area. Breathtaking views, all amenities on site, very useful free parking. Also good flexibility around check in time.

The apartment was great. Family enjoyed our time here. It is near great food options, shopping (grocery and liquor stores nearby, Queen St shopping center walking distance and Toowong a bus ride away as well as Indooroopilly mall). Walking distance to buses and train station. Communication was great with owner and if ever back in Brisbane would definitely book again.

Wonderful apartment, beautifully presented (even had a Christmas tree up which was a lovely touch). Views are spectacular and the location is very convenient. Close to the river walk, cafes and restaurants and the Queen St mall. Would happily stay here again.

This spacious apartment was in a great location for us, a group of friends traveling to enjoy the sights and tastes of Brisbane. Very conveniently located for the fabulous dining experiences along Howard Smith Warves and an easy walk into the city as well as the James Street Precinct and Fortitude Valley. The host accommodated our request for five single beds, and provided a thoughtful assortment of amenities for the stay. We noticed the only thing missing in the apartment was hand soap. We happened to stay in Brisbane on a very wet and rainy weekend, which may have resulted in the apartment feeling extra humid and a bit damp. The cooling system was very effective, though. We notified the owner of some potential mould in the bathroom. Communicating with them was very easy and efficient, and they did their very best to cater to our needs.

The apartment was in a great location for fireworks. Was disappointed with the cleanliness as the bath in the main bathroom looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while and all of the Walls in the entire apartment had marks all over them and the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time had dust and dirt throughout and the laundry had lint and dust all over the walls. Considering the amount of money that we were charged just for the one night of River fire being more than 1000 I would have expected a much higher standard. Otherwise location was great and the property was decked out with all that you would need in kitchen etc, beds were comfortable and had comfy pillows. Still wasn’t worth the money we had spent to stay the weekend.

A fantastic apartment with spectacular views of the river and the Storey Bridge from the bedrooms! Very clean and convenient to both Queen Street Mall, ferry terminals and the Riverwalk eateries and not far from Southbank. Would highly recommended this apartment.
