Extra charges will be applied for the cleaning of dirty dishes, emptying of fridge and if the home is not left in a similar condition to your arrival. SMOKING: This home is strictly NON-SMOKING indoors and will result in a forfeit of bond if this occurs. All Linen except for beach towels is supplied; property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
