Come and relax at our beautiful 3 bedroom cottage located minutes from Windermere and 15 mins from Port Carling. Beautiful views of Three Mile lake(from house and dock) with amazing sunrise shining in every morning. It's a great getaway for the entire family including pets or a romantic getaway. Enjoy some canoeing, kayaking, paddle boating and fishing off the dock during the day and cozy up to a fire either in the outdoor fire pit or wood burning fireplace.

I would definitely recommend this cozy cottage! We had a great wintery stay! Its well stocked with anything you might need and had a great view of the lake. The beds were really comfy and the fireplace made the cabin super toasty. The host was also super helpful and very responsive.

We loved every moment at this cottage. Everything was clean, they go above and beyond having it stocked with things you may forget, David was easy and quick to communicate with and nothing beats having a morning coffee staring at the beautiful view. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We had a relaxing time. TV was an asset to be able to watch Jays. Kitchen well equiped. Sitting on dock was fun and leaf colours fall were beautiful. We used only one of the three bedrooms. Very comfortable cottage.

Beautiful, very well equipped cottage. Owner was great to deal with (replied quickly to every inquiry). The lake was almost completely frozen over which was beautiful (still in winter mode) & can imagine that the property would be just as great, maybe even more so, in other seasons.

Being at this property just reminded me of what I miss about growing up in muskoka. Absolute quiet was just what I was looking for. The view was incredible. Lots of room. Very comfortable

Beautiful spot on the lake! The kayak and canoe were great! Wish the windows were cleaned before our stay as we paid for the view. The only other thing was the previous guest left behind their garabage as well. Minor details that were missed but overall a great place!

Great stay

The cottage was a good size for 6 people. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the waterfront and outdoor screened gazebo for keeping out the mosquitos at night. Would benefit from an AC window unit, but wasn’t bad since we brought fans. David was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, had a great stay and would book again. Thanks!

Highly recommended vacation stay!

This place is amazing. We were a group of 4 adults, one toddler and a pet. We had an amazing time staying for two nights in this property. The place is loaded with all the kitchen utensils, high quality appliances and barbecue. We enjoyed the fireplace and the lake view from the stay. The check in and checkout was super smooth. Communication with David was also easy and fast. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely three-day family stay at this cozy cottage. The place was spotless upon arrival, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long drive.The setting by the lake was peaceful and relaxing — just what we were looking for. The only downside was that there’s just one washroom for everyone, so we did have to wait in line for showers in the mornings. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the overall great experience. Would definitely recommend for a quiet lakeside getaway!

Absolute Gem

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at this beautiful place. The property was fantastic. We’ll be back with a few more people next time. It’s an ideal spot for a few people. The bunky is very cool. And the water access is awesome. David the host was quick to respond to my questions and has supplied everything you’ll need for a great cottage vacation.

Pure calm

This is a very well-stocked, lovely house but the outside spaces (gazebo) and views are just phenomenal. My friends and I were there at the end of April so don’t know if the area (lake) gets a bit busier in the summer but don’t think it would affect you in the house as it is set up over the lake. One FYI for those with issues climbing stairs… there are fairly steep steps you must climb to get up to the house.

A fantastic Getaway!

My group of friends rented David’s cottage for a weekend, and it was beautiful. It was incredibly clean and well stocked, the organization of the rooms and the additional bunkie outside were perfect for us, and there was even additional bowls and treats for our dog. The property is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice, perfect area in the back with a large fire pit and yard, and we loved the meshed gazebo addition. It felt private and peaceful, the lake is gorgeous and we really enjoyed the dock and the fishing. David was very kind and made it easy to arrange our trip, very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We can’t thank him enough for making our trip so enjoyable! We will definitely plan to come back in the future.

We had a great stay at the cozy getaway. Looking out at the snow covered lake from the comfort of a warm cottage with a wood burning stove was perfect.
