Great stay at Mountain Brook
Great condominium. We stayed for 3 nights and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trails right outside the condo for hikes with beautiful views. It was only a few miles from the wonderful downtown area of Rangeley. Highly recommend this condo.

Will definitely be back!
The condo was very spacious and well appointed. Very cozy and comfortable. And of course you can't beat jumping on the ski trail right outside of your room. Skiing was amazing and downtown Rangeley is always a pleasure. We can't wait to plan our trip for next year!

Enjoyed our time in Rangley
We came to Rangley for a wedding. The townhome was very spacious and our kids enjoyed their time there. Got to hike around the resort a little and on the Appalachian trail. The town had a lot of good places to eat as well.
Had a couple of small issues with the unit (broken toaster) and they were super fast to respond to all of our emails.

Convenient Ski In/Out Condo
This was a comfortable and very convenient ski in/out condo, mostly had everything we needed. A few minor things we forgot weren't there (corkscrew, salt/pepper), but comfy beds and great mountain access were a win for a relaxing weekend stay. Morton and Furbish very responsive, and will definitely return.

Ski in/ski out in comfort
Comfortable condo with basic amenities in a good location for ski in/ski out. Saddleback is a wonderful mountain with an un-entitled vibe, so rare these days. Condo was light-filled and kitchen had all the basic equipment for cooking and spent a lot of time around the large kitchen table. We'll be back!

Weathering the Storm
We (4 people, 2 couples) stayed at 150 Mountain Brook Condo for 3 nights during the historic Arctic cold that just came through. Instructions for entry were straightforward, and we had no problems accessing the unit. There is plenty of living space and a nice big kitchen table. The kitchen has all the basics you need, various pots, pans, and bowls; a coffee maker and filters; but only salt and pepper, so be sure to bring all other cooking needs. The rooms were adequately prepared for a normal stay. Alas, this was not a normal stay. At 9:30 p.m. Friday night the power went out. With the extreme cold (-26 F) and winds hammering the unit, the temps inside dropped to 45 degrees. It made for a cold night. We did find one down comforter in a closet, so one couple used that while the other piled on extra covers from the twin bed. In our case, the power did go back on at 1:00 a.m., but the unit (in fact the whole building) stayed in the 50s until Saturday evening due to frozen pipes in another unit (as discovered later).
These were highly unusual circumstances, and we were very impressed with the communication and responsiveness of both the condo management group and the mountain in terms of what was going on (water was also lost briefly). At one point we were offered other lodging in town if we had wanted it. In our case, the power came back on, but our heat did not come back on, and the management sent someone over at 1 a.m. to reset the furnace. We also asked for extra bedding the next day which was dropped off. Despite what must have been a very trying couple of days, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you from all of us.
A couple of suggestions regarding the unit: consider having extra bedding available for both bedrooms (at minimum additional blankets and/or one down comforter per bed) in the event of a power failure. In our unit there was only one fleece blanket on one bed and just cotton quilts on the rest. If we had not found the down comforter, the one bed with just the cotton quilt would have been extremely uncomfortable. Also, the quality of the lighting was not great, and in some cases, bulbs had burnt out but were not replaced. Overall, better quality lighting would spruce up the unit.
It certainly was an unforgettable experience, and we always felt that someone knew we were there and were working to ensure our comfort as much as possible. Kudos!
