Algies Bay Family Escape - Direct Access to the Beach!

Direct beach access to small private shared boat ramp ideal for launching kayaks/paddle boards - no road to cross!

Enjoy our spacious 4 bedroom family holiday home with open plan living and enjoy wonderful views of Kawau Bay

5 mins to Martins Bay, 10 minutes to wonderful Matakana, 15 to Omaha, and 25 to magical Tawharanui

Keeping with Kiwi Bach tradition - Bring your own linen - sheets/towels/beach towels etc. Linen rental can be arranged on request.

This is not a party house - keep noise to a minimum. Respect our lovely neighbours and drive slowly.

Kayak available for your enjoyment (remember your life jackets) we have a couple available however please follow safe boating guidelines. If in doubt - don't go out and ensure life jacket fits correctly.

The Glade is a beautiful part of Algies bay and the property was perfect. A beautiful deck and open space upstairs. We had a great couple of days at the property and it ticked all the boxes

Fantastic ba

We had such a great time here, location was amazing, so close to the water. Jenny was really helpful in all her communication with us and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again. Would highly recommend, especially for a family.

Wonderful place to stay in Algies Bay. Fabulous house super close to the beach. Great for boating and beach activities and such a beautiful place to explore the stunning coastline. So well provisioned. An awesome time had by all.

Overall a lovely weekend. An awesome location and the best spot for kids! Easy walk to the water and the park. Great communication with the host. Easy to contact. Kitchen could do with an update and probably a big de clutter, lots of ants about too. And possibly de humidifiers on when guests aren’t checked in as property is quite damp. Otherwise a great stay!

Very enjoyable

Lovely house with great amenities in a great spot. The house had everything we needed with great views of the harbor especially while sitting on the deck having a cool drink at the end of the day. Very close to the beach and boat ramps. We also did some day trips to Matakana or Tawharanui. The Brick bay winery is definitely worth a visit. Will be back again!

Family Christmas vacation

Really great stay. The house is very close to the water and has an amazing view. Lots of room for the family. Jenny was very good communicating and letting is know everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying.

Algies Bay breakaway

Good place to stay for family - beach easily accessible and lots of things to do in the area. Nice view. Few teething problems at the beginning but quickly sorted out with host. Place very cold and musty when we arrived as hadn’t been lived in so didn’t feel very welcoming and when I went into wardrobe in one of the bedrooms to hang up some clothes my face got covered in cobwebs. Also only three coat hangers in our bedroom.
