2 room apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator, facing south with open views and sea, located 150m from the beach and shops, in the residence Cape Verde beautiful Domaine de la Coudoulière SIX FOURS BEACHES, between Bandol and Toulon.

The apartment of 30m2, planned for 4 people, with complete equipment, includes 1 living room with 1 sofa bed and TV with TNT, a room with 2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed, an American kitchen with dishwasher-washing machine, bathroom bathroom, separate toilet. The loggia allows you to have lunch with a view on the island of Embiez.

The residence is located inside a private-guarded domain, wooded more than 30ha (2 lakes) ... where many activities are possible: OLYMPIC SWIMMING POOL entirely new with relaxation area (Toboggan, jacuzzi, paddling pool) TENNIS, land balls, volleyball, ping-pong, mini-golf, tree climbing, park and children's games .... health, fishing, ... (Some of these activities require a financial participation from the Club House Coudoulière: 5 € / adult / day, 3 € / child / day, FREE - 5 years)

Little, cozy appart, very close to the beach and a huge swimmingpool. Free mini golf, possibility to play tennis for a good price. The appert has a little balcony giving on a parking space.

Séjour parfait. Petit logement mais très bien équipé et proche de la plage, de petits commerces. Dans un domaine au vert et sécurisé avec plusieurs activités. Des balades, des visites et marchés à faire à pied. Top pour notre famille, adultes comme ados.

annonce mensongère

nous avions loué un T2 et nous avons trouvé un studio cabine, la cabine faisant moins de 6 m2 n'est pas une chambre( loi Carrez) le BZ était rafistolé avec des morceaux de mousse attachés par une bâche au matelas, une horreur pour le dos avec les creux et les bosses provoquées par ce montage, la bâche était pleine de taches d'urine, pas la wifi annoncée.

Bon sejour , une arrivée pas parfaite mais bien solutionné par le proprietaire, logement petit pour 4 et pas de wifi malgre l indication dans le descriptif . Logement tres bien équipé, literie parental du sejour a revoir !

Ce fût un sejour rapide mais nous avons était bien accueilli. L'appartement est un peux petit pour 4 personnes et les valises mais cadre est tres beau. Faire attention au balcon la baie vitré ne s'ouvre pas de l'extérieur et on a vite fait

Appartement très bien situé mais reste petit pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 ados). On est vite les uns sur les autres. Pas de rangement, le peu de placard disponible est rempli des affaires du propriétaire. Heureusement qu’il y a la balcon pour entreposer les valises et autres affaires

A propos du minuscule appartement de SIX FOURS

Chambre minuscule pas de placard pour ranger le linge pas de penderie balais serpillières et aspirateur a même le sol. Dans la grande pièce le canapé-lit tien beaucoup de place(très difficile de circuler lors qu'il est déplié et très mal aisé à replier il faut forcer à se démonter le dos .la vue sur les photos n'a qu'un vague rapport avec la réalité

Déçus

Appartement bien situé mais malheureusement très sale. A notre arrivée le ménage n'avait pas été fait : toilettes très sales, poussière épaisse sur les radiateurs, sur le couvercle de la poubelle de la salle de bain... Le ventilateur était inutilisable car noir de poussière ! Dans les placards se trouvaient des restes de nourriture et des dosettes de miel périmé depuis 2020. Les oreillers et alèses n'avaient visiblement pas été lavés depuis bien longtemps. Et pour couronner le tout, les meubles hauts de la cuisine étaient recouverts de papier journal (allez savoir pourquoi ?) très poussiéreux. Pour l'hygiène, nous n'y retournerons pas, et ce malgré un accueil très sympathique de la personne chargée de nous remettre les clés.

SEJOUR PAISIBLE

Cette propriété est bien située, au calme, avec la mer à proximité, une mer où l'on peut nager paisiblement, des restaurants et commerces à proximité, donc pas besoin de véhicule. Un séjour très agréable à refaire.

Des vacances au top.

L'appartement est très bien placé et très bien équipé. Tout est au top. Le domaine est magnifique. La piscine est immense, toboggan, jaccusi, pataugeoire, restaurant, ombragée. Les plages sont accessibles à pied. Aucun point négatif sur cette location.

Agréable séjour

Accueil très sympathique et souple. Appartement permettant un accès à pied à la plage, bien équipé, bon emplacement. Cependant, il est parfois difficile de se garer à proximité si on rentre tard le soir et la superficie de l'appartement est vraiment trop juste avec 2 ados... Séjour exigu lorsque le lit est déplié...les 30m2 inclus toilettes, salle de bain et couloir... Cela dit, la petite vue mer du balcon et l'environnement calme sont appréciables !
