This modern Scandinavian house is one of 24 single family homes in the North End Park Community managed by Vesper Resorts! The house boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry, appliances, & furnishings. It's central location and close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the NoDa Arts District. Plus the house is adjacent to the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!

Celebrating my nephew's 18th birthday

Although, the communication between myself and the property manager Amy, was good and she responded quickly, the house we stayed in had a very strond scent of marijuana. We had to stay at another property until someone came to clean and try to get rid of the smell. We stayed at the other property for 3 days and when we went back to the original property, the smell was still strong. Maybe these properties needs to be checked thoroughly before tenants come in.

Great House, but smells like smoke

When booking this, the management staff was great from the beginning till us checking out. When we 1st arrived at the home we walked in and was immediately was smacked with the smell of smoke. It was evident that pasts renters have smoked in the home. It was not a great 1st impression, and this was a smell that we encountered every time we entered the home.

Great little house

Great house for a weekend getaway and concert at PNC. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. TVs in all bedrooms is a nice touch. The only suggestion I have would be some type of blinds or shades in the bedrooms. The sheers are nice, but don't filter out morning sun. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
