The house has 500 mt2 and was built on three levels, with 5 beds, distributed in five bedrooms, plus room unmarried; The House still possesses two Pergolas, two counters on a surface of 24 000 mt2. Access through the sea, which offers a public transport service, thereby facilitating the mobilization of people in varying schedules (one boat every hour) can be done.
A second access to the home can be done through trail with duration of 40 minutes, thus enjoying an exotic and distinctive ride in the middle of the natural park of the Lagoon, admiring a splendid waterfalls and natural vegetation.
